I wanted to update my doorbell after getting the house painted. This item matched the look of the hardware on my front door and was installed as expected. Unfortunately, it has one major flaw when depressed the button gets stuck and I have to unscrew it and detach it from the wall to free the button. It looks good but doesn't work as expected so I'm looking for a replacement now. I noticed that in the reviews I'm not the only one with this issue, so my guess is that it is a design issue.

The doorbell button looks and lights up nicely. However, it only worked correctly for a couple months. Now it sticks every time you push it causing the bell to keep buzzing until you unstick the button. Button is free of debris just poorly designed or manufactured. Time to replace the button…again.
