It’s already broken. Pump has already gone out after a few weeks of use.

I had to make some alterations in order to properly hang the unit in the window

An effective and inexpensive way to cool the work area in my barn… highly recommended…

Its not white. Its almond color. We have to repaint it white. Otherwise works as advertised.

It's perfect! But even though I always close the doors, when I leave one open longer than usual because I'm putting something back in or when I unload a bunch of stuff with the doors open I thought it was supposed to beep to let you know you left the door open. No biggie, just curious.

Not advertised correctly

very poor workmanship, the 2 speeds are the same speed, bolts were loose, wires were not connected, the pads were very low quality, the entire body was not square. took much more work on my part to make it useable. I am a retired mechanical engineer so I made it work is all I can say. Very disappointed!

Works the way it should work nice little unit

Great unit, easy to install. However the float arm broke on installation. Got new one, everything works fine, use it several times a week.

Construction is not very refined. Two-speed fan is actually the same speed....HIGH.

I am sure that the cooler is good but I sent back as it did not fit in my wall It may be helpful in future if measurements were stated somewhere in the description of the coolers

Great cooler!! Easy install, only took a little over an hour! Over flow plug leaked so I bought a brass one to replace it. Also bought a nice remote thermostat for it to turn on and off because it really cools off my place!! Insulated around the unit with pipe insulators to fill in the gaps in my window, just a good tip for other people!!

Works well, cools 2600 sq ft two story down nicely, when i close doors on three bedrooms upstairs that aren't being used. The louvers have more adjustment available than the old one it replaced. No remote control but I knew that when I bought it. Been using evap coolers for 30 years, Happy with purchase.

we bought this from Home D and when we opened it Hessaire had sent the next size down the W28 it even said it was the W 38 on the unit? we did not get what we had paid the extra money for , make sure you take a tape measure with you! now we have to wait for the replacement another week Home D was not at fault and is doing there best to rectify.

Poor quality control on cooler cabinet and pad frames. Cooler cabinet misshaped, I had to straighten cabinet so cooler frames would operate properly. I had to force cooler pad frames out of cabinet. I had to do work on Aspen pad frames to make them insert and remove properly. After I straighten out the metal cabinet and pad frames the cooler is operating correctly.

EASY TO PUT NEW PADS IN THE SIDES.

Was what I needed. Works very well. Delivered promptly.
