This knockdown spray is convenient, however it is expensive, and doesn’t seem to cover as much area as it states on the packaging. I was doing a very small knee wall, (approximately 25 square feet), and ran out, so I had to purchase another can. At $27 per can I was somewhat disappointed that one can didn’t cover the full wall. The good thing is after the second can, I was able to closely match the existing walls, so I’m satisfied with the final overall results.

We tried to do an entire room with this product. After buying 8 cans, 4 of them were duds and we had to buy more. They were easily returned but I would only recommend using to cover small areas, not an entire room.

It’s good enough for home use. You have to be careful of splatter and it does tend to drip down the front onto your fingers. If you don’t shake it enough it will just spray like paint.

Total garbage. Spray nozzles don’t work. Save your money don’t buy this product.

first can was a dud. bought the second and it did ok. not as good as the mud sprayer I bought

I've been using this product for the last 5 years and aside from the occasional dud that wouldn't spray at all, they've been fine. But during the last few months, I've had to return 2 and throw away 1 due to the trigger sticking, wasting alot of product each time you try to apply the texture. This, along with the 40%+ price increase since in the last couple of years means I'll be using the competition's products going forward.

The pressure was too low to spray and have a uniform pattern

Follow the instructions did everything they said to do bought two cans the first one sprayed twice and quit took them back to the store

Product either comes out to wet or dribbles all over. You will not be able to control the spray. I have purchased from local store and .com with same results. Just use regular Texture equipment. You will be sanding off and starting over.

The spray works and covered the area. The odor is strong filled the house and irritated breathing. USE in a well ventilated area.

Did a decent job of texturing the wall. Definitely shake can well before using and in between applications. Spray away from job before spraying application when restarting on wall otherwise you can get too much coverage on the restarted section. Orange peel is what comes out of can and knockdown effect is achieved by going over with a knockdown tool but it's still difficult to do.

Way to thin I did everything I could including putting it in a hot water If you are looking for a real light look it may be fine

We follow the directions, we read over it a few times, and still were unsuccessful. Even getting one squirt of texture out it just dripped in foamed. Returning the item today.

This stuff was not working properly. The minute I pulled the trigger it got stuck on and wouldn’t stop spaying. I got this stuff everywhere and it took me hours to clean up. I want my money back!

I probably got maybe 1/4 of the can sprayed while nearly shaking every 10 seconds before there was no more propellant. It came out just like expando foam and knocking it down was a joke. What an absolute waste of money. 😡

The product did not spray out very well and would not stick to the wall even quit spraying at times.

great control but maybe too much and unnecessary. loose precious propellant and material dialing in.

It sticks to everything but the ceiling. The adjust knob on the pressure goes sideways and it makes it spray continuously causing it to fly everywhere. It’s very expensive for the amount of coverage. You’ll do better with a roller. This would be on on a very small repair job.

This product doesn’t work the valve

Nothing more than an expensive orange peel texture. Not what the label indicated it should have done.

Doesnt come out good sometimes

Great for when you don't want to take out a texture hopper and air compressor, it has good control settings; worth the extra few dollars for the "Pro" version.

The directions call for 3-4 minutes, but the product still smears at the 4 minute mark. my room was more humid so I waited over 8 minutes and the results were superb. once I got the hang of the product shooting I am able to replicate our home's knock down.

One can is now close to $28. Out of three cans one had a functioning spray nozzle.

Great coverage on this large can. May the contractions gods be with you.
