Easy to work with and it looks great.

This was my 3rd time purchasing flooring for a remodel, and decided to try the engineered bamboo. It came out gorgeous, and the Home Depot Team and their Contractors went above and beyond to make this project successful. Very pleased.

Installed by a contractor friend 7-2021. Manuf / warranty guidelines were followed, floating. All boards 72" length. 3 widths. Bargain for 1/2" thickness; hope HD can stock it again. Reviews have a text limit - read more under my photo captions!

Installed this product 3 years ago and haven’t had any issues! Two kids and a clumsy me this floor is holding up remarkably! After the first year my wife loved it so much, she had me put it in the bedroom. (She was very hesitant about wood floors originally) I would call myself a intermediate DIY level, this product was easily installed! Getting ready to remodel the kitchen but not convinced this is the right product. We have enough left over for the kitchen (long story) so I’m going to roll the dice.

Just had this floor installed in my 628 sq ft condo and couldn't be happier. It looks amazing. Easy to install once you figure out the pattern. I followed large, medium and small pattern. Color variations give unique look. Highly recommend.

We are in the process of putting these floors down all through the house. Seem to be be durable so far. We've had the living room and master bedroom floors down for about a month now. The color is very rich and I love the tonal variations. Gives the rooms a rich look. Easy to clean and was just the look we were wanting. Very nice floors. Most of the boxes we've used have had all good boards with the exception of a couple. We ordered 50 boxes to complete our rooms were doing. All in all , very pleased. Haven't had any dents with our furniture on it.

This is an excellent, gorgeous product! Very easy to install! The product information and instructions for preparation and installation that are provided on Home Depot’s website were thorough and very helpful. The flooring tolerates the humidity of Central Florida well, using FloorMuffler beneath.

We bought 60 boxes of this flooring. I have to say there was not 1 bad piece in any of the boxes. We love the flooring. We were able to do the entire living room, three decent sized bedrooms, closets in each bedroom and 2 small storage closets as well as 1/3 of our master room with 1000 square feet. I will be going back for more to complete that when I see it go back on sale! The color is rich and beautiful and installed easy once the first few rows are in and leveled. We've received a lot of compliments! There has been some minor creaking when walking on which I think is due to the settling process and I've seen that it has gotten better. It held up well over the holidays as my three granddogs visited, 2 of them large dogs, and no damage done to the flooring. Excellent flooring so far for the value.

Home Decorators Collection 1/2 inch engineered click is rich in color and the thickness of the boards appear to increase muffling of sound on the 2nd floor. I previously had bamboo flooring with less thickness. I love the outcome of my installation!

Great product. I've done a few floors but I'm no pro. These couldn't be easier to install. Just tap in each piece lightly with a rubber pallet while pushing down slowly. Did a whole living room in one weekend. I would probably only use this flooring going forward. Just don't accidentally buy the solid wood version too like I did (I nailed those down in the bedrooms). For anyone wondering, the solid ones are a little better quality. Noticeably heavier. But these click boards were much easier to install. If you plan it right, you shouldn't have to rip any boards for the last row. They have to be installed left to right though, so there's a little less flexibility and a bit more waste. I had three or four boards that were more damaged than distressed, but not a huge deal out of 10 cases.

You must buy this floor, it's that good!

This floor is SO perfect! We have 2 dogs and it is great for them. We get lots of compliments on it too!

I am a professional contractor, going on 24 years. I have installed a lot of different types of flooring and this stuff is by far the easiest and nicest to install (I did not need mallets or tools to lock it together). It is easy to install from either direction(tongue first or groove first) which makes it nice to seamless transition through rooms. It looks great and seams to be very durable. Literally so easy a monkey could install it. Will definitely use again!

Can’t say enough about this flooring. It was very consistent in its form and function. It cut cleanly and installed very easily. I have never reviewed a product before but am so impressed with this bamboo flooring I wanted to share. I also soaked a piece in water for 24 hours and it didn’t swell in the slightest.

This flooring looks amazing!! It was very easy to install over a concrete floor. The distressed look makes it look like it's been there for years and the way the seams vary you can't tell it's not solid hardwood. Doesn't have that terrible look of laminate flooring.

I put this in my home as I was getting ready to list it for sale. It looks great. Everyone loves it. Especially the variable width boards. It seems durable. No squeaks like most laminate floors, no wonder since this is real wood. I will buy again for my next home. Its only been down for two weeks, I wish I would have done this sooner. Also it was packed wonderful. No damaged boards.

I would recommend with a caution. The finish and surface have voids well beyond “distressed”. That being said the flooring laid easily and looks great. I’m praying we don’t have any issues with the finish

The product was easy to install and looks beautiful in our cabin. I love having the different widths it is very rustic looking . The value is one of the best we found looking at many different options

Good consistency of color scheme. Maybe 1/25 boards were too scuffed ("distressed") to use except near the border. Boards click & lock easily. No problems splintering. Zero squeaking after floor laid down!! I used Traffic Master 1/8" fiber padding. Only complaint is that all boards are 7' long (my fault for not realizing when I ordered). So you MUST cut boards at varying lengths to prevent alignment of all the joints between boards. This also makes it tricky to link boards at 90 degree angle. I prefer mixed-length boards for that reason. Can't comment on durability yet.

This is an economical solution that looks good in my craft room. I needed to get rid of my old, old carpet and chose this flooring for the price and the look. It will be easy to maintain in a room that will be chock-full of storage furniture, supplies, and work surfaces. I'm glad I bought it.

Ran out of 5.5” boards other than that, Nice looking floor. Easy to install & planning to expand into other rooms.

We have installed this product in our cabin and our main home. We keep doing additional rooms because we absolutely love it! It's easy to work with and can be installed by any skill level. Unlike other wood flooring, this comes with three widths which gives the floor an added visual dimension. Pieces easily lock together and can be cut with a regular table saw.

We installed just under 700 sq ft. My first floor but had help from my step-dad. Installation was very easy (apart from my walls not being square). The engineered bamboo was easy to cut. We used a product called Sound Buffer as the underlayment (over a wood subfloor) really happy with it! No hollow sounds. I took a couple scrap pieces of bamboo, locked them together and poured water over the joint. We left it there the entire day, it didnt leak thru the joint and it didn't leave any type of water stain, just a faint outline that i was able to wipe off. We let the wood acclimate a few weeks, and we didnt use nails or glue, just floated it. Its only been a week but no issues at all. Only had a few boards that were a little rough at the end and one that had a weird coloring, but 95% or more were perfect. If we have any issues in the future I'll right anither review. Oh I have a dog, he has slid all ovef the floor, no scratches at all. We also put felt under all the furniture just to be safe.

I ordered the flooring online and picked up the packages from my local Home Depot store. The packages were in generally good condition. It was fairly easy to lay the boards as the clicking mechanism was wonderfully designed. Our house now looks much up-to-date than when we had the old carpet. We have only had the new floor for a month, so I can't tell the durability. We did get a few light scratches when we moved the furniture. But I would not worry too much about this because we don't move the furniture frequently, in addition we never walk in the house with shoes on. All in all, we are very satisfied. The only suggestion for further improvement of the product is that the planks can be made shorter, or made in mixed lengths. By the way, I have a negative point here that is not related to the product. The vendor who received my online order did not process my order until my local Home Depot and I contacted the vendor multiple times. As a result, it took almost a month for the product to be delivered to my local Home Depot.

I installed about 700 square feet of this flooring in my foyer, living room and kitchen about a month ago and we really love it. As a do it your selfer I found it very easy to install. It cut nicely with both miter and circular saws. There is a nice variation in the color of the boards and the texture looks and feels great. I stored the boards for acclamation on three different 2x4 boards spread out for about 2 weeks (instructions call for about 7-10 days) while I prepared the subfloor. There was only a couple boards that had a nicked or chipped end but I ended up using these as starters or at the end of the run and was able to avoid the damaged areas. I did notice though some boards were warped upward a slight bow in them but installed them anyway and they have since flattened out. We have 2 large retriever dogs and I have not noticed any scratches or scraping from their time nails. However the rooms are louder now and you can definitely here them walking around, but this should be expected with wood floors. I would definitely recommend this flooring it is beautiful.

I have put this flooring down throughout my house. I looks great and is very durable. I have two Golden Retrievers and they have not left any scratches.

We just replaced carpet in the living room and 2 bedrooms and hardwoods in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast nook with this flooring. I love it. Other reviews say something about scratching, but as my professional installer said, it's the varnish on all wood flooring, you just need to be careful, ie felt protectors on furniture. I love the character of this flooring. It's updated our home nicely.
