I purchased this flooring for my living room and dining rooms. After proper prep on the subflooring, i used the felt underlayment, and was impressed how quiet it made the floor. The click locking is great. Works like a charm, and definitely holds together great. Looking forward to many years of use.

I'm very happy with my new flooring and installers!

The flooring is nice and looks good but it is easily scratched and does not look good for long. We have had the floor for less then six months and where furniture is there are scratches. Before we placed any furniture on the new floor we put felt on ALL surfaces that would touch the floor and this still did not keep floor from being scratched. I was surprised by this because the lament that we replace never scratched and was cheaper. A professional installer layed the floor and said it was relatively easy.

An absolutely stunning floor! But because of the different size boards it is not the easiest product for DIY. It took my husband and I one week to install about 750 sq ft. The only negative thing I can really say is that a lot of the boards were overly distressed to the point of having lots of splinters. We had to make sure we put those where they wouldn't get a lot of traffic, where we knew they would be under a bed, for example.

Looks great in the room it was installed in. Nice variation in color and I like the different plank widths. The boxes we ordered contained 3 planks each of the 3 different widths. We installed the product over Thermoquiet underlayment as this room is below grade with a concrete floor. We'll see how well the floor holds up to traffic once all trim is finished and furniture moved in. I would advise those considering this flooring to order more than you expect to use as we had quite a few boards that had too many imperfections for me to accept. Because of the different board widths, it did make it a challenge at times to find the proper board without too much waste and factoring in the boards deemed unacceptable. Home Depot online customer service was great as I had to contact them a couple of times due to UPS damaging several boxes in delivery and losing one box in transit. Customer service quickly responded and ordered the replacements quickly so I could get the project started.

We absolutely LOVE this flooring! So much more durable than our old bamboo that we are pulling all of that stuff out and replacing with this. We have two 100+ lb dogs with nails that run around and not even a scratch on this stuff. Highly recommend!! We have even used the remnants from the flooring to build benches for the front deck. Looks amazing!

Just installed 400 sf of this product on a 45 degree. Really looks awesome and natural. Easy to install. seems very resistant to scratches so far.

My wife and I are very satisfied with this product. It is Very durable , Beautiful and easy to install. I would recommend this to everyone who wants hardwood floors. I will ordering more very soon.

The price was perfect for $1.99 sq ft. Make sure you have a great installer! I think that's the key! I love it! Looks like real hardwood.

Overall I really like the floor; color was fairly consistent except for one or two pieces (out of 17 cartons). Cut easily on mitre saw; occasionally the click-and lock was a bit tight - which usually resulted in part of the left tongue coming loose and getting in the way of the floor sitting properly - but after the piece was removed the floor board clicked right into place. Some of the distressed boards would catch a socked-foot if you slid across it; that was mostly fixed with a good cleaning after installation to remove any loose material. So far the floor is proving exceptionally scratch resistant with our large dog - and the fact it is distressed makes any other imperfections less noticeable. While the 3 widths presented some planning challenges I really like the look.

Awesome product! We have been searching for years for flooring that would somewhat match the random width/length oak (stained Minwax Early American) in the rest of our house . This floor matches extremely well right down to the v-grooves. The house was built in 1970 with those beautiful floors, which we have never been able to find, except for the 3 bedrooms, which were carpet over plywood. I'm not really sure why.....to save money I guess. We removed the carpet (due to allergies) years ago, and replaced with laminate which did the trick, but never really matched well. This floor has a great color and look and is extremely durable. The bamboo is tough, as I had to really work to scratch it in a test. We used the quick lock (floating) which was extremely easy to put down...it just hooks together, you do not need to "lock" it together or tap it together as with laminates. The 6' lengths make it simple to create a truly random look. I reused the foam underlayment from the previous flooring so that saved a couple bucks, but since we caught this on sale for 1.99 sf we did 3 bedrooms for about $1000. It would have cost more to carpet! I would highly recommend this floor.

The product is easy to install and looks great. It is an engineered wood floor so you have about 1/8" of real Bamboo on top. Theoretically, you could sand and refinish this a couple times. Hopefully it will wear as good as it looks

Loved the look of my home now - so happy to have all carpet gone! They have discontinued the bullnose in distressed dark honey, but was able to find one close enough.

So far we love the product. We have been searching on/off for about three years. Heavily considered a California product but didn't like the high cost or the cookie cutter look. We found this floor on HD and liked the varied width and price. Granted we have had it only three days after replacing 22 yr old carpet. So far, so good!

Could not love this floor more! Put it into our cabin. Two of us were able to lay vapor barrier and 600 sq ft of floor within one day. Floor is easy to install and cut. Beautiful. The three widths of the planks also adds to the look. Already planning to order more for our next project.

Super easy to install. Much easier than previous attempt with Traffic Master. The look is amazing. Be aware that there are 3 different widths included, so plan your layout. As this is a "distressed" look product, there are spots that will look dark or even off, but it hides any scuff that happens with normal wear and tear.

Very pleased with this purchase. The multi width boards and the mildly distressed appearance gives us exactly the rich, rustic look that we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Looks so much better installed than pictures could show. Easy install. VERY few defective pieces - maybe 3 pieces out of 10 boxes of flooring. Took samples of product home prior to purchase - for purpose of stratch/dent testing. Walked around house and garage looking for ANYTHING to smash this sample off of - only thing that would scratch was gouging with flathead. Also, dropping a bowling ball on it from 5 ft put a small divot in it. Installed in nursery months ago, and not a single scratch from two large-breed dogs (unlike the oak in the rest of the house, looking rough w scratches). Easy to clean w swiffer and steamer, everything comes right up. Finished product is a great floor on a budget that installed quick & easy and should hold up for a long time. Yes, you can do it yourself with a brain, miter saw, tape measure, and a pencil. Only downside - the sheen on the floor is a little more glossy/slick than some people might prefer. Just purchased enough to do a second bedroom with this floor, and hopefully product will be around long enough to do all 4 bedrooms. If you're thinking "all these 5 star reviews are too good to be true...." Nope! Buy it!

Absolutely love this product. I've assembled and moved the one box i bought in 3 different rooms so far; kitchen, sunroom and right now it's in the foyer. I definitely want this, but am planning to do between 800 and 1100 sq. ft., so I need a better deal than what their offering right now. How about it. What will Home Depot do for me?

My husband and I installed this flooring in our L-shaped living room and liked it so much that we put it in our bedroom as well! It is definitely a two person job, but not difficult with the right tools. Easy to keep clean, and have had very few minor scratches which were easily covered with an Old Masters Scratchide pen. The only negative is that there are no instructions for cleaning the flooring. I had to do quite a bit of research to find out that I could use bona or HDX Wood Floor Cleaner on a dust mop and that works fine.

Oct 2015. 440 sq feet installed in three six-hour days, L shaped room, with two six-foot closets, two four foot floor mounted safes, and one 7 foot floating wall to work around. (Planks set in random pattern, including inside closets). See below for underlay pad and mouldings used. Purchased for use in a rec-room application having direct access into a utility room / mud-room with back entry door access. For my use, in a ranch home on acreage, I needed a product that would blend with my utility room tile floor into a smooth transition. With a back door mud room access, lots of dirt is tracked in and I wanted my "entertainment room" to remain livable, cleanable, and to survive high traffic use. In short, I wanted this product's "distressed look" because it will not show dirt, wear, or future repairs (fixed dents, etc) as easily as do the other styles of so called more "perfect" wood floors. The finished look is beyond expectations, and the install was easy with few scraps left over. Set in random pattern, because I had so much to cut and set around, it looks fantastic. Notes: 1) Buy the "10% over" your calculated sq feet required, because of direction of lay, overlap, etc. 2) Pad, use only "Roberts model 70-105 "AIRGUARD" 100 sq ft 40 in. x 30 ft 1/8 in Microban Underlay. 3) (I used) Royal Mouldings 5445 White PVC 2-1/4 in x 9/16 x 7 feet Colonial casing. (many sizes and types available)

Bamboo flooring is excellent I give it 5 stars.It looks amazing My Bamboo flooring it makes my house look so much bigger. The color is beautiful. I'm getting More for upstairs soon. Please buy!

Have not put flooring down yet. Looks to be a great fit for our home.
