Worked fine for a few months. It did turn off and off often. Then just stopped working all together. Even ordered a new remote to see if that was the issue. Still nothing.

The fan is great in its ability to move air, the light is good. Where it missed it mark is not having the fourth wire giving the option to operate the fan and light independently with wall switches. It has a remote but no mounting bracket so when the fan is left on with the light off one cannot turn the light on without finding the remote. Irritating to say the least. We will be buying another fan that offers the ability to operate the light and fan independently with wall switches

Easy to install the fan, but it will not stay on desired fan speed. Yes it is wired correctly, but the fan will not stay on high. The motor cuts in and out, defeating the purpose of the amount of air it moves. Looks nice though

This fan is quiet, and the look is fantastic.

I had to wait almost a year for this fan to be restocked. It was the finishing touch to my office, my husband kept trying to get me to settle for something else; so glad I didn't!!! It's beautiful, modern, elegant!! Love!!!

The fan motor made a very high pitch noise (my Uncle in his 50s could barely hear it, but it was quite audible to me and my cousins in our 20s). Also, I was disappointed that the fan didn’t have four wires for a separate fan and light switches. Beautiful fan and light, but poor quality parts… really disappointing so I returned it.

This fan is beautiful! I have had it for about 8 months in my living room and bedroom. I sleep with it on every night. Sometimes it makes some clicking noise but I sleep with a sound machine and it does not bother me. I have not heard the fan making noise in the living room. The only issue is that one fan is upstairs and the other is directly below the other fan. If both are switched on, the remotes control both at the same time. It's a little inconvenient but nothing too bad. I recently renovated my entire house and researched the crap out of every little purchase. This was definitely a great purchase!!!
