Beautiful ceiling fans exactly what I wanted to fit my decor. Wish the LED light was a tad brighter, but the quality compensates for that. Quiet and love the option to have it work with my smart home device. So far I’ve purchased two and plan to add an additional 3 to my home.

The Bond app is horrible. Just look it up their ratings on google play store. There are tons of problems, the device does not sync.

The guy at the Home Depot store guaranteed we could hook it up and use our switches on the wall instead of the remote he said he has been an electrician for 20 years but we could not make that happen

It looks great but that's it. The light isn't bright on its highest setting and kind of flickers, have an issue turning the light on while the fan is going. I have to turn the fan off, then turn the light on, then turn the fan on again. I'm going to return and get what I should of gotten in the first place... a hunter fan.

I purchased this fan with the hopes of having something of great quality and value. The remote stopped working after 12+Months of use. I've tried calling the listed numbers for assistance, no one never answers. Very upset!

The ceiling fan matches the decor in our home, is very quiet and provides the air flow we were looking for. Our home has a vaulted ceiling in the living room with large windows facing south. Although it is great passive solar in the winter, we were concerned that it would be too warm in the summer using significant energy for cooling. This ceiling fa along with insulated window shades seem to be the perfect solution! The air flow from the fan keeps the living room nicely cooled even during the peak sunshine periods of the day. It was an easy installation as well.

We installed this fan in our master bedroom on a vaulted ceiling. This is an excellent fan. The motor assembly is compact, and the fan looks fabulous. The airflow is significant and discernible even at the slowest speed. The motor is quiet even when changing speeds. The LED light is somewhat dim, but convenient. The remote does not need to be pointed at the fan. However, the LED bar on the remote is not useful, and could be a 7-segment display to indicate the fan speed and the light intensity.

The good: The fan itself is very nice looking, and it working very well. If moves a lot of air, and it is fairly quiet. The light does not get very bright, but I don't mind. The bad: This fan is sold with the Bond bridge, which is supposed to ship separate. The Bond hub did not arrive, and I had to call three times. HD customers service had no idea how to tell me if the hub shipped, so they finally sent me another one after 2 weeks. I set up the Bond bridge, and I was able to get it to work well with me existing Hunter fans, BUT it doesn't work well with this fan, the fan that it is being sold with.

This fan is beautiful and works great. We have had no issues with the remote. My husband installed it with ease. He said it was the best fan he has ever had to install.

If you are replacing a Fan with 4 traditional 4 light setup you maybe for a surprise in how much less light you will have at night. I bought 2 of these for my game room and they look fantastic. The remote works well and I even bought the Bond controller for my home automation. What doesn't work great is the light. I used both previous fan lights to illuminate the entire room and now with both lights on, its like a candlelight dinner. LED lights suck on most these new fans.

Product showed flush mount option but it is not. Had to return all of them.

I didn't realize how poorly our previous fan worked until we installed this one! This moves air around very well, and makes such a difference. The sleep blades make it easier to keep clean!

I love tbis fan and it worked well after we installed it. It started to act funny about 3-4 months in, randomly turning off. Now it wont stay on for more than 5 minutes ar a time. To turn it back on, i have to push the power button twife as it thinks it is still on. It is very frustrating as the dan is edactly what we wanted. We dont use the fan for 6 months at a time due to our long winter in the mountains.

Fan worked fine for the first few months after installation. Then one day it just stopped responding to the remote. I recently bought a new remote to see if that was the issue but the fan still isn’t responding to the new remote even by following the instructions on how to clear and add new remotes.
