Air flow almost null
I installed this fan as usual (i’d installed many fans for years) and i bought it after sizing the room etc which is 20x20. In the beginning i thougt the fan was damaged because the hi speed fan it doesnt flow any air at all…
I returned it and took a new one and the result was exactly the same. Zero air flows through the room, even if you stand below.
Almost 300$ wasted… :-(

We are sorry to hear that you had this issue as it is not common with this fan. On high speed, the fan produces an airflow movement of over 10,000 CFM. The speed is lower than expected. Fan cannot be installed without the hanging adapter because it will not generate fresh air at all. When the adapter is used, the fan is too low for a 8’ ceiling because the tube is too long.

DC fan and lite assembly
Great fan does the job with minimum expense to operate, however the amount of light given is very disappointing. Will have to add floor lite to give adequate light.

I like the 4 fans I purchased, they’re smooth/quiet and...
I like the 4 fans I purchased, they’re smooth/quiet and seems to be durable. They are remote controlled so the fan light switches I had my electrician install will not work on these type of fans. In which I was wanting but we’ll live with it and make it work. Good fan.

Looks and works great
The fan was easy to install and moves a lot of air in our large family room with high ceilings. It also looks great. We had a slight problem with the speed randomly changing on us, but changing the frequency used by the remote cleared that up. I highly recommend this product.
