Solid bench with wood that stains nicely. All parts and hardware fit together well.

This is a great bench that we painted to fit in our kitchen color scheme. Kids can climb up without tipping it over on themselves.

The bench is well crafted and very sturdy. I've sat on the bench with my 3yr old and 5yr old at the same time without compromise and I'm 6' 240lbs! I only had to assemble the legs which takes about 1 - 2 minutes. The finish of the wood is surprisingly smooth and I did not feel the need to sand it. This Bench accepted staining and painting extremely well! The length is perfect, but I wish it was 4" wider. Other than that, I've had this bench for a couple of weeks now and it's money well spent.

Sturdy wood bench. Nice clean lines. Took about 1/2 hour to put together. Did not have to sand before staining. Has a couple glue marks, hence the 4 stars. Great value for the price.

Small bench for my front porch...just what I wanted. A little difficult for one 70 year old person with arthritis to put together, but I did it. I would buy again.

Very solid and nice-looking, out of the box. But after the four pieces of wood came out, there was nothing else. There are no instructions and, worse, no screws (or whatever parts are needed) to put the thing together. So I've got four unattached pieces of wood. If it had arrived complete, I'd have been happy to give it a high rating, but shipping this product to a customer without instructions or screws to put it together is not acceptable.

The bench already had a nice finish on the wood. Hit it with some 220 grit sandpaper on the edges,painted primer and 2 finish coats. Looks beautiful.
