Beautiful looking grill and appears to be of good quality....
Beautiful looking grill and appears to be of good quality. However, the grill doesn't seem to get a hot as my previous grill that had four burners as this one only has three. I do recommend this grill of you're accustomed to three burners or want to downsize to a three burner grill as this one includes a good warranty. The KitchenAid brand and warranty is my reason for purchasing this grill.

Metal Fatigue and Ignition Failure
Similar to other reviews, I am experiencing metal fatigue on the grill surface itself after 2-3 years of use. Always covered when not in use, but the metal is blistering , leaving 1/3rd of the cooking surface unusable. Beyond that, one by one, each the three burners have ceased to ignite electrically going, forcing me to find matches in order to use the grill. I expect a premium brand product to last more then 2-3 years when well cared for. I am very disappointed in this grill

Great sturdy construction and materials that should last at least 10yrs.
Good features for storage and for hanging BBQ tools.
The remote temperature monitoring makes no sense unless it were a smoker with regulated heat. This remote App feature and the plug in temperature gauge are not necessary. I am going to buy a separate temperature gauge to avoid the plug inversion that serves no real functional purpose but to get people to register with the manufacturer for marketing purposes.

Unable to control temperature
Grill is either 250 degrees or 450. Causes a grease fire rapidly. The grates are too close to the burners. Wasted too many chicken/steaks trying to figure out it's just a poor design.

Easy to assemble and I like the quality of the stainless steel grille racks and burners and the searing burner has a heavy duty cast iron grate. Disappointed that the heating box was porcelain coated instead of stainless steel. You should buy a cover to protect it from the winter weather or chances are that the cooking box will rust.

This grill is beautiful! The bright, true red color led me to accent with red side tables and a red umbrella! Brings cheer to my boring back porch ! Easy to assemble except the door handles attach stupidly.
Used the fourth of July for the first go! Worked great! Easy to light! Easy to clean.

The grill was late getting here. Didn't get to use...
The grill was late getting here. Didn't get to use it for my daughter's birthday. We had family from out of town to celebrate. Grill was in a box but NOT assembled. I'm still disappointed how this was handled. We had to go out to dinner, costed twice as much. Thank the good Lord my daughter understood.
