    Great washer
    We bought this over a year ago and it has been great. Less detergent is used and the clothes come out clean. We live the little washer below for delicate and small loads.

          Great for allergy wash and pet hair
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as bundle with dryer I love the turbo steam and allergy washing setting. My husband has allergies so this was an investment we did for this washer and the side kick pedestal for the future if we have babies. but overall washes things very clean and fix a lot. i love using the app to download new wash settings for different items. We have two cats so washes off the cat hairs and the dryer really gets every pet hair off the clothes! the turbo steam is def. my favorite option

                Died within three years - not worth repair cost.
                The computer board died - it was going to cost more to fix than to buy a new unit. Expected better from LG.

                  The product has leaked a little water since the first day. It wasn't a big deal since it went into a drain pan. However, it's now leaking a lot for no apparent reason. I've given up on contacting support because once you enter all your information, you're permanently placed on hold. This will be my last LG purchase.

                                  Bearing failure after 3 years
                                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this machine, however the bearing has failed after only 3 years. Estimated cost to replace is nearly double what the machine is worth. Incredibly disappointed.

                                      Not worth it
                                      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washing machine for 4.5 years & I need a new machine already because, the bearings went out. This is a learning lesson for me not to buy products if the manufacturer cannot supply a reasonable amount of years warranty coverage. Meaning, the 1 year they provide must mean they know their product isn’t reliable.

                                        Saver....water and electricity!
                                        I have had this washer/dryer set and both have been great. I would have rated 5 stars but I still have to leave the door open as it does smell musty. Don't leave clothes inside, otherwise they will stink. I don't know if the manufacturers have improved on that feature. This is my 3rd set of front loader and I love them over the old fashion type. In my opinion and 40+ years experience; LG has been a great brand for this style of washer/dryer.

                                              Washer is a True Delight
                                              [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first LG Washer and first Front-Loader model I have purchased. Although I have yet to try out the Wi-Fi capabilities of my washer, manual operation is already a true delight, easy to understand and operate -- and it "sings" to me when the cycle is completed - much easier on my senses than the BUZZ of my previous washer. (but for those of you who might not wish to hear any end of cycle signal, there is a way to turn it off)... I look forward to many years of use of my new washer (and dryer). Thank you LG.

                                                    No hot water
                                                    We purchased this several years back and immediately noticed the water gets luke warm at best. We called the warranty service who sent out a local LG repairman. He said that is as warm as the water will get since it is an energy saving washing machine. We were very disappointed. Just recently, I spoke with 2 coworkers who had LG energy saving washing machines. They both said their washers get very hot water, so I am thinking something is wrong with this model or the repairman they sent out.

                                                      De1 error code
                                                      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer for only about 3 years be it gave me a de1 error code. I looked at different issues and it was the control board that is the issue. I only had this washer for 3 years and I need to replace the control board and it is not cheap. LG needs to fix this issues as I see others having the same issue as well with this specific model, no wonder it is discontinued.

                                                        Have tp out washer through doun cycle sometimes to get the water out so that a load will go through all the cycles. Annoyiy

                                                          Just what we wanted!
                                                          This machine is fantastic at washing clothes. It doesn't matter if it's a small or super large load. It has a lot of features like sanitizing, heavy-duty, allergiene, bedding, normal, bright whites, tub clean, and a lot more. The WIFI feature signals when the cycle is complete. We are very pleased with our washing machine so far.
