[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range has worked perfectly so far, ovens and burners have been just fine. Lock feature also works great so that burners do not get turned on automatically due to leaning over the front of the stove. That seems to be a huge item among reviews, lock feature works perfectly.

I am finally getting a new range today to replace my 5 yr old LG fire-hazard. The burners are easily turned on—by dogs, by toddlers, and by people leaning against them. My large triple burner now stays on full heat and reaches temps over well 500 degrees. Many expensive pans ruined. Common cleaners rub off the labels. The stainless steel scratches more easily than it should. I could go on. Do not buy this piece of junk. Cannot believe LG persists in continuing this poor, dangerous design.

Stovetop burner knobs are easily turned on and rotated; constantly when cooking just a slight touch with stomach turns knob up or down. On several occasions I have nearly burned something was unaware the knob was moved. Multiple times I was just about to leave my home and noticed "burner on" indicator was lit up. Between the Stovetop and knob is a seam and food easily gets in this crack. Poor design, need to relook.

I went with a name and innovative manufacturer I could trust , I read many reviews some said the product was not safe , I totally disagree, it features a locking system that works for the burners and oven. This is one of my most treasured new appliances it operates flawlessly, the double oven is awesome one of them being convextion it is pure heavenly to cook on! Thank You!

Bought this oven and it works like a champ. The features are great.

No anti tip device installed by installer found it laying on my kitchen island, surely with 3 people arriving one could have done it . Also on oven shows smart diagnostics and all misleading info in manual and on oven, according to the manual and oven mine should be a smart oven , customer care at lg was horrible couldn’t understand very much of the foregin accent .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about it so far (every feature/function I have used). I do wish the burner knobs were either less prominent or less sensitive. When I have to reach over them they have a tendency to turn on. The beep notice helps though

My wife loves the stove. She has a bad back and the ease of using the top oven is perfect. Almost every day, she is trying out a feature she didn’t use. Easy to wipe and clean. Nothing more I like is when the wife is happy!

I really love the look of my LG stove however, I have to buy another one because the numbers have rubbed off and one of the eyes on the stove is on high and will not regulate to a lower temperature

I love my stove but was surprised when the numbers rubbed off the knobs over a 6 month timeframe. Now I month know if the eye is on high or low. Smh

Obviously it looks amazing in our new kitchen remodel, but it also has really improved the health of our home. We have family members with asthma. In our old oven, we would need to cook an item for an hour and the direct heat would burn edges, cause smoke that you didnt always see but could feel. How unhealthy! This new oven cooks at mach speed, no burning. And, it encourages healthy cooking too! So, this oven pleases all the senses, and keeps your family healthy and safe! Thank you LG!

This is hands down the worst/ most dangerous stove top I have ever owned or seen. The knobs on the front are extremely easy to turn on (literally only need to brush by them), causing major issues for children and anything that may have accidentally been left on the stove top. Three times now we have almost had a fire due to melting lids and most recently a bottle of sauce busted. Totally not recommended if you have kids, and not a single knob cover fits.

The burner knobs fall right at my waist and I am accidentally turning them on. They are quite easy to engage. I tried locking the range which worked until I was chopping on one side and browning on the other and my belly accidentally turned on the back burner melting my waste bag to the stove. It took some elbow grease to get it cleaned up with a razor blade and the cleaner that came with the stove. I took all the knobs off and will put them on when I need them to cook. I used a vent deflector from my HVAC vents which worked but the magnets scratched the metal surface. The cooktop is also a bit different from my last. I have to constantly clean it. It is not a smooth surface. The instructions warn about not sliding pans across it which is hard not to do.

My dog was going for something on the stove top and managed to turn on three out of the five burners. It ignited some cardboard nearby and we woke up at 2am to a giant fire on the stovetop. If we didn't have smoke detectors, the range, our kitchen, and probably our house would've been ruined. This range is NOT safe for houses with dogs or probably children. The handles are way too easy to turn. Besides the fire, the top oven has definitely hot/cold spots, so much so that I have to turn my items halfway through cooking. The bottom oven is the opposite, and I usually have to subtract 2-5 minutes from cook time.

The burner I use the most discolored within 4 months of use. LG says it is not under warranty. They claim that calcium can discolor the burner. Water has calcium in it so this is a joke. Speed roast is great. But I do not recommend the product

Teo month old and the paint went off on the range after a self clean got burn awful range

After the warrenty ran out, I ran into a problem with the right front burner. It seems it will not turn on unless I use another burner. I cannot use it independently of the others.

I was very happy with my oven until I discovered that the front right burner didn't operate correctly. It seems all of the other burners work fine but the burner on the right front burner will only come on if I turn on another burner first. Oterwise I cannot use it independently.

What I love: the double oven is amazing. What I’m disappointed in. I have owned this oven 2yrs and the numbers on the knobs have worn off, the cover lens to the “hot surface” fell out. I ordered a replacement but it’s just for looks, it doesn’t snap back in, and doesn’t light up when there is a hot surface. The top of the oven is very difficult to keep clean. I would not recommend this oven.

How in the world does this thing have so many positive reviews? They must be reviewing based on looks yes it looks nice but it sucks if you actually want to cook. I cook at least 2 meals a day and let me tell you I almost threw this thing away. It’s unsafe and way too sensitive. Many times while cooking or just waking by we accidentally brush the burners and he stove turns on. This is very dangerous as sometimes no one was cooking but the stove was on! Plus the back burners are too small Too small to be useful for anything but a small kettle. The ultra heat burner basically has two modes burn and not cook, front left. Front right is a good size but the way this stove heats is it the glass cook too gets hot and then it clicks off and it’s just a ratio of clicking and Turing off based on which level of heat you are using. This means that heat isn’t really regulated and on most settings your either going to burn your food or it’s not going to cook. I normally cook on low and then remove my pan so things can not burn, and cook all the way. For things like pancakes it’s almost impossible to get right with this heat irregularly. Plus the oven is the same way. My cakes are normally more cooked in the middle than the edges. I will say I like the convection one (bottom oven ) but because there’s two it’s shallow and some like a full size turkey would not fit. This is a terrible stove it’s very sensitive and heats irregularly and has hot spots in the oven. I love cooking and am not one to complain but I really wanted to warn others. If your going to get this do yourself a favor and get a chair for your smoke alarm and an instant pot to actually cook.

I purchased the new LG electric range as part of my kitchen remodel. The double oven is great and having the knobs at the front of the range is very “handy.”

Hate this stove came with the house. Burns everything!!! Now I’m a good cook and make most things from scratch plus I’ve had many different stoves and electric cook tops. This is the absolute worst one. It looks nice but if you actually want to cook it burns everything on the stove top or doesn’t cook it all the way through. Plus because it is a duo oven you won’t have space for let’s say a turkey or something tall like a ham. I have to cook on On instant pot or grill now.

Oven glass door completely shattered while cooking

I received my double oven electric range on August 1st, 2022. It is amazing. It is easy to operate and gives alerts when the oven reaches the set temperature and if the oven door is left open too long during the cooking time.
