[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the double oven, although it’s taking time to learn how to cook with Convection. The top of the stove however has chipped in the sides very easily. I’ve been very careful with baking sheets but it’s just not durable at all.

Compared to my last stove this one has a steep learning curve with all of the functions it has. Sort of like any new car! I like technology but sometimes there is too much. I love the double oven but... being a double oven the space inside is great but looking through the door to check the status on either oven is hard, if not, impossible! Almost have to sit on the floor to put anything in or take out of the bottom oven. The stove has a lock out feature which is awesome but... Wish I would have read about that feature sooner! I was leaning over the controls to the stove top and we had laid silicone oven liners on the stovetop to put in the oven later. Well, I must have hit one of the stove handles and turned a burner on. Don't know how long the stove was on but I noticed it was extremely hot over by the stove and realized I turned a burner on by accident! The silicone mat that was over the burner caused the stove top to be marred by the silicone! Cleaned the Top about 5 times trying to get the marring off but to no avail! So much for my brand new looking $1500 stove! We love the stove but there is a learning curve to all of the features!

This is my second LG electric range and I am still in love. So much so that we bought the exact same model again.

Five times this stove has accidentally turned on causing two fires. Have had electric stoves for over 50 years and never had this problem before. The front knobs only have to be slightly brushed by someone walking by or backed into while talking to turn on. Most of the time you notice but not always. Would never buy this again, in the process of junking the very poorly designed dangerous piece of junk.

The stove has safety issues. There's a tiny label on the bottom of the stove that reads 'WARNING FIRE HAZARD. Accidental contact with the front burner knobs could activate the cooktop burners." While cleaning the stovetop, for example, the burners would often turn themselves on. After a fire in our kitchen, LG informed us we could purchase special "safety knobs" to add to the knob handles.

We've had this for a couple of weeks and extremely happy with the purchase. Really like the extra warmer burner and the boil mode.

Touch screen is easy to navigate. Like most of features, except smaller surface that I expected on top of the oven - cannot fit same amount of pans as I could. Reason - surface is deepened much more - at about 08-1 inch which was not expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the range especially the double oven. Don’t mind not have the drawer space on the bottom - was always a mess anyway. Used the small oven for most of the baking, etc. and it does a nice job. One of the things I noticed about the burners is how evenly they heat. The whole burner heats up and not just the middle so things cook more evenly. There is also an extra large double burner - 12 inches so my biggest pans fit on it nicely.

We use the smaller during the week using less energy and less preheat time but have the larger oven for big meals as well as cooking both at the same time. There a 12 inch burner which is great for our larger pans. This is our 3rd LG product. The oven controls, timer, etc are on the back of the stove but the burner controls are on the front edge. These can be a problem as they can be turned on accidentally by leaning over them but not as bad as the digital controls on the front edge which are more easily turned on or off by leaning on the controls. Cant wait to try the steam clean option.

I’ve been using this stove/oven for about a month now. I like having a double oven, but there are too many cons. The knobs turn too easy and accidentally get turn on when leaning over the stove to get something out of the microwave. The temperatures aren’t accurate. Off by 15-20 even after adjusting in settings. It does not connect to the LG ThinQ app like the description says. LG support confirmed that there is no connectivity between this oven and the LG ThinQ app. Misadvertised

I love my stove so much that I bought my son and his wife one for Christmas!

Oven started off great now 6 months old is very unreliable and has problems with uneven cooking on stove top and both ovens. Do not buy if you like cooking all 3 meals a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the oven. Looks great and user friendly. We don't cook a lot of big items, so the two smaller ovens/convection are perfect for us. So far cooking with the ovens and the stove top, we have been getting good results.

Product had a large dent hidden under the tape to hold the door shut in shipping only discovered after delivery men left. I had them unbox everything to make sure no damage but did not think to take tape off.

Job done well. No problems.

Out of the 6 months we’ve had our stove, it was only completely functional for 2 months. The stovetop had a malfunction that was “unheard of” according to the technician. It took 3 visits and almost 2 months to have a technician give up and advised us to have it replaced. Stainless steel is not fingerprint proof and was possibly the worst appliance to keep clean (i.e. streaks always present no matter how much effort went into cleaning). Otherwise, oven capabilities have worked well.

I was very excited to use this stove and the glass broke the first time I cooked dinner. I tried to work with LG support and it was a total nightmare. I am returning it and buying a different brand.

Warranty is about to expire and neither oven heats properly. Has been repaired recently.

Having the double oven during the holidays was super helpful. Pre-heating is notably quicker than my previous 1990's Kenmore.
