[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal load takes about an hour and a 1/2 so a little bit long you can adjust it manually but it just doesn't do as well you don't get enough water to fully get everything wet like you used to in a front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is great for large loads, easy to clean, and the notifications are accurate when completed. The notifications pop up easily on your phone and television. I have a newborn so, we are constantly doing laundry. Works well with delicates because we have not had any issues with the washer ripping any of our clothes or sheets. I highly recommend !

So far I have 1.5 yrs with the machine and I am so happy I got them. I was a little hesitant at first to get a front load, but so far it works super nicely and haven’t had a bad smell problem at all, but I do wipe it out after each use, just to remove water excess. I had a small issue that gave me an error but LG was so quick to respond and send a technician who was super helpful and fix the problem. Thank you LG for making my life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this W/D set when I moved into a new house in 2019. I have had front load washers for years and really like these LG models. I don't have a problem with the dark display panel - the settings are pre-programmed for the wash cycle you select. I think I have only had to adjust the temp or spin speed once or twice in over 2 years. What I like best is that the clothes come out loose - not twisted together like most top loads. Not sure why some folks havve 110-140 wash cycles. The longest I have chosen for bedding is 60 minutes. Very satisfied.

It's easy to use, has multiple options to insure clean clothes at the right temperature, agitation, and length of washing. Only drawback is that it is difficult to read the darkened selection panel.

Just took some time for me to re-learn the detergent amounts as we were coming from a regular washing machine to this high efficiency one. I didn’t think the pedestals were necessary until it was time to get the clothes out! I did have an issue right after the first year with the drain motor going bad but I have an extra year warranty from the store I purchased the set from.

The old one that was only 7 years old had an issue and our water bill rose by close ot $ 100 per month. This new model has lowered our water bills tremendously. Still have not been able to figiure out how to use the Wifi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One year old, does a good job washing the clothes. You have to Make sure to dry the rubber seal out after each use so it does not develop mold. The WiFi worked for awhile, then stopped. Cannot get it to reconnect to my network. I looked online and this seems to be a common issue. I will mostly have the wLAN card replaced and see what happens

We have had this washer for about 2 years. Today is started leaking water. Had a service man come and look at it today. This machine has a 2 piece plastic tub. The glue has failed and now needs a new tub. The part is $650 and no longer avalable. Stay away from this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you buy a washing machine with all the bells and whistles, at the end of the day, you just want it to be reliable. We’ve owned it for 2 years and have already had 2 major repairs for the same problem,…replacing the direct drive motor. Also, if you attempt to wash a regular sized load of laundry, it easily gets out of balance. It’s just my wife and I, so it doesn’t even get that much usage. I’m thankful we didn’t have this washer when we were raising our 5 children! My recommendation - if there is a strong reason you need to buy an LG Washer, buy the extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer about one month ago and have seen smaller water bills and by purchasing the drawer, adding wash is bery accessable while easy to use.

Of course, with a 12 month warranty something would happen in the 13th month. Will not connect to internet, can't find router in the error code. Which means I can't download cycles or get maintenance reminders. Nor check ThinQ for end of cycle. Sometime I have to wash the clothes twice because they come out of the washer as dry as when they went in. How do you adjust the water level? It shakes and vibrates really hard so it won't stay in place, I have to constantly reposition it, and it's not a light machine.

We have had a problem with the washer not emptying fully after spinning. Some of the clothes remain in the bin soaking and a puddle is always left behind. We have had numerous techs to the house, all with different solutions, and nothing has worked. HELP!!!

The first issue is horrible smelling clothes despite following all recommended cleaning. The second issue is the circuit board failed within 18 months which renders the washer completely toast. And, according to the technician even if the $800 circuit board were replaced the drive shaft on the drum is warped which will renders the machine completely useless. Do not buy this product.

Nice machine if you want new flooring. My leaked, water went through a little tear in the flooring and rotted out my floors. Piece of junk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a year and a half the washer was shaking more than usual and I had checked that it was level, and we were definitely not over or under loading it. An authorized LG tech came out and low and behold he's seen the same issue time after time. The delivery service inserted the drain hose too far into the stand pipe causing back siphon into the drum. Time to time it shakes a tiny bit, maybe a tweak in the self adjustment from the manufacturer would be good. Other than that it's a fairly good washer.

Bought this set used when we bought our house. It's barely a year old. I'm not fond of HE washers, as I had one and hated it (ruined my clothes, never got them clean, etc). But the laundry room in this house was specifically designed for this set. A top load washer won't fit. So I wanted to give it a chance. Maybe they've improved. Well, I'm barely a month in and I want to sell this thing to the highest bidder. If your clothes are relatively clean anyway it does an okay job. But if they're actually dirty? Yeah, good luck with that. Stuff with really simple dirt (food splatters on my shirts, for example) come out every bit as dirty as it went in. Despite the "bright whites" label, my whites do not, in fact, come out white. Or anything near it. Tried doing smaller loads, using the heavy duty soil setting, extra rinses, a little more soap, a little less soap, adding oxyclean powder. Doesn't matter. The stuff gets wet but it simply does not use enough water to clean and rinse my clothing. It gets odor out (we have dogs) and it does appear to be saving me water as I did a crap ton of laundry since we moved in but my water bill was really low. Those are the only 2 good things about this washer. Otherwise, these are a complete and utter waste of money. Wish I'd have followed my gut and kept my old washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer and dryer set about 17 months ago. The LG wash machine has operated very nicely. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago when the machine was not in use, nor had it been in use for 2 days the front door glass exploded. I was upstairs and sounded like a person drove through my sliding glass door very loud. Upon inspection large glass shards were on the floor and in the machine (could have really hurt someone close by) Two weeks later the broken glass is still in the machine (awaiting collection by LG) and
