Crack Filler and a polyester weave over cracks, seams, flashing and around any standing objects about 2 inches to both sides, and let dry thoroughly 24 hours. And then apply two perpendicular coats at 50 sq.ft. per gallon and letting dry 24 hours in between application. After doing all of this there should have been no problems.
