Product Details

White-Seal Plus is a thick, high performance 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer. The fiber-reinforced formula is designed to promote stronger adhesion to surfaces such as RV roofs. It provides a full waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to many surfaces without a primer. The product's blue color attracts heat, causing it to dry in half the time of a regular sealer product. It turns to ultra-white after the product dries.

May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
Covers approximately 50 sq. ft. per gallon (250 sq. ft. per pail)
For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberized asphalt, rubberized mastic, trailers, RVs, and wood
Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours

A: Hi Robert, the correct amount of what you will be needing is the 6- 5 gals pails, as the recommend amount of Lanco White-Seal Plus is 1 gallon per 50 square feet, and you have to apply 2 coats. And your roof is around 680 square feet.

A: Hi Mikeshandyman, yo don’t have to scrape your RV. You do have to clean with a power hose and scrape anything that is loose. You should not apply Lanco White-Seal roofing on top of any loose debris, otherwise it will stick to the debris and not your RV substrate.

A: Hi Panch, if the Henry 208R is not well cured (between 6 month to a year exposed to outdoors), it then may shrink. If the Henry 208R has a lot of exposure then you should not have any problems.

A: Hi Panch, yes you can use the Lanco White Seal Plus over the Henry 208R, but you have to wait at least 6 months of curing time, before you top coat the Henry 208R with the Lanco White-Seal Plus.

Already solidfied in container

I purchased two 5 gallon containers of this last summer. When I opened the container the product has already turned solid.

Because of the Virginia state of the roof, I used 2 more buckets over the original 8 that I order...

Because of the Virginia state of the roof, I used 2 more buckets over the original 8 that I ordered. I also placed a polyester membrane as well as the Lanco acrylic primer seal, since I hadn't painted the roof. I was really happy. Make sure to use a 1-1/4 inch roller to paint. Don't skimp on the paint, in other words don't stretch it.
