Excellent product.
Ordered the product to extend the life of my rolled roof. The product came ready to to and was very easy to apply with a half inch nap roller. Covered 200 square with two good coats from this 5 gallon bucket. Result is a rubbery reflective finish that looks like it will hold up.

Urethanizer exceeded my expectations. I bought the 5gal . Home Depot had best price. Ive used Flexseal before but it’s priced out of range for its benefits. Lanco outperforms in my opinion. Goes on well with brush or roller. I didn’t need to mask off as it controls that well . Used on rubber roof on 40 ft 5th wheel. The roof was dirty, so much so that scrubbing was necessary. And roof was washed twice. Keep in mind preparation is important. I caulked any areas around vents that looked problematic. Used two heavy coats with brush around the vents and edges around perimeter. Then rolled on the rest in between. It coats well. One day of cleaning. One day patching. One day painting. Roof will get another coat for a more durable finish.This was recommended by a friend who used it on concrete siding.
I was so impressed I masked the roof on my 14 year old car and used the brush and roller on it. It absolutely cooled down the temp in the car with no a/c in the Deep South. I highly recommend urethanizer and would not be afraid to try other Lanco products.

Over 1 year still looking good.
I applied this Lanco 5 Gal..Urethanizer roof coating over a year ago. Looks great reduced cooling costs. I don’t know if it will last 20 years but it is the best roof coating I have ever used.The only con I put down in 1st. review was an area of roof stayed light blue but that went away.

just amazing
i use this product and is amazing i buy 6 but i really use only five for all my roof this product can be use in top of any other treatment like danosa and works great, just clean with a power washer remove all dirt and loose material let the sun dry the roof and then applied the urethanizer, this product is so great that reduce the heat like more than 60 percent tested with a heat gun in Puerto Rico before i start cleaning in a 89 F weather i get inside the house and 82 F after 3 day the job was done and 2 coats of this products applied in a 90 F day inside the house i have 52 F thats impresive, i applied this product on top of and old danosa surface that was leaking, after this product was applied all the water remain on the top of the product for easy drain or cleaning its just amazing
