We're sorry to hear about your experience with your LEDs not dimming as much as you'd like. The dimming range for LEDs varies from bulb to bulb depending on the bulb's design. That's why we engineered our LED+ (formerly called C·L) dimmers with a low-end adjustment, which allows you to adjust the dimming range of your LED bulb. Finally! A 3-way switch where you can dim from all the switches. Works great, super excited!
NOTE: when you turn the switches off, ALL of the small green LED indicators lights on the side of the switch will stay dimly illuminated. This is a feature they built in to act as a "nightlight" for finding the switch in the dark. This works great in my hallway, but not the bedroom when we're trying to sleep. If you call Lutron's customer service, they will talk you through the programming steps to turn those LED indicators off. It took 5 minutes.

had to return all of them as my house...
had to return all of them as my house was renovated in 1989 and is twowired but these led switches need the newer 3 line wire

was a nice switch
The switch worked for 4 months before dying. The non light display switch failed internally and ruined the light display switch. I was able to verify this issue with the multimeter. I am disappointed as this switch is a high end switch and it broke after return policy expired. Probably be best to stay away from digital dimmer switch.

I don't usually write reviews, but having 6 light on a non-LED dimmer when switching to LEDs the lights would flicker or barely light up depending on the brand of bulbs I used. I put these switches in and now they dim down completely and work with any bulbs I throw at them!
