About half the box will be misaligned and they are a sixteenth or eighth inch off from the panels in height leading to issues. For the added cost I wish I had rotated the cuts or mitered a 45 into the corners. Was not worth it but once I started I was committed to it.

No very disappointed

The corners were way overpriced but finished well.

liked the design of the product, however the workmanship was poor glue and nubs of stone had to be trimmed on more than half. loved the stone and the field pieces I purchased on in the store. MSI just needs to work on their QC, While labor intensive it looks excellent !!

They look great. The only downfall some of them did come apart where they were glued. You can still use them, just makes it harder.

They were well packaged, none came in broken, and the color was accurate. I was happy with the product and end result.

We specifically spec'd the MSI Picasso ledgerstone because I could buy corners. It seemed a lot easier to buy corners than to miter the corners. The MSI instruction video showed them as being a glued corner with 1 leg longer than the other. Well, that's not what I got. The corners were not assembled which isn't a big deal but each leg is the same length which guarantees a zipper pattern in your stone. More importantly I found that the dimensional quality of the corners and the ledgerstone was very poor. About a 30% of the corners did not fit the ledgerstone very well leaving gaps that needed to be grouted. In some cases the gap was as big as 1/8" . In my next ledgerstone project I will make my own corners which will take as much time and be of better quality than dealing with these corners.

Poorly made. They were glued together with large gaps and poor angles. We actually had to cut them apart to use them.

While the ledger panels were very nice & of good quality, the corner pieces were a very poor fit & would have given the job a poor quality look. I returned the whole load to H.D.

Our contractor said it was really flimsy. The contractor was unimpressed with this product. He said it broke ver easily. Very hard to work with.

Stone just crumbs. The finished fireplace looks beautiful but not after having to use way more stone than anticipated because of the terrible quality. Don’t recommend this product

This is supposed to go with the long pieces to cover the wall. It doesn't match up. It leaves a gap between the pieces of about 2 inches. There is no way these can go together. Had to return everything.

Every corner and every ledger tile coming into the corner had to be custom cut. Manufacture did not have anything square when they put the corner pieces together

Color and appearance is beautiful, but the product quality was poor. Not all ledgers were the same dimensions. Specifically the heights were different making it very difficult stack stone to work with and keep flush. 50% of the ledgers and corners had to be modified to fit properly. Additional the vast majority of corner peices came in broken. With tighter manufacturing tolerances and/or better quality control this would be a 5 star product.
