IT FITS!
Local store carries it, doesnt have to be ordered online, and it fits as described. Doesn’t get much better than that! Fitment for 113.17711, replaces old SR# 9-17816.

Fits just fine. We lost the filter plate for our Craftsman 16 gal wet dry vac. With this filter we didn't have to order a replacement plate. I like it!

Seems to fit my craftsman wet / dry vac well and is performing as expected, it’s a filter so not the most glamorous product but would buy again or recommend to other folks.
