I tried buying a replacement filter for my old Craftsmen shop vacuum online
from another vendor. That one did not even come close to fitting. The one I purchased at my local Home Depot was a perfect fit. All is good!

Craftsman CMXEVBCV945L Incompatible!
This filter is made really well and the filter material is thick, firm and folds are almost perfectly even. The frame is made of a hardened rubber and there aren't any imperfections. Great product overall.
However, the product does say fits MOST Craftsman and not ALL. Was hoping it would fit, but it does not sadly. I have a 9gal Craftsman - CMXEVBCV945L. It is not compatible!
