I received the microwave in a timely manner and I like the size because it doesn't take over the counter space.

worked fine and then suddenly stopped working after about a year and a half from when we bought it.

This was the perfect microwave for our family…until it caught fire. It lasted less than 18 months.

Cannot see the numbers on front. very dark and black have to get a flashlight to see what numbers are. I hate this. Its brand new delivered Friday 1/19/24. Would love to return but threw away box, now stuck with a microwave that you have to use a flashlight to see the numbers on front. Only thing that shows up is the clock. I'll probably throw it away soon. Can't take this!!!!!!!

Microwave done for not even 1 year with light use. Don’t buy.

Fits 19" shelf width between cabinet and refrigerator. Works as expected. Quiet. On my sample the top stainless door trim edge is a bit misaligned from the fixed matching trim piece over the clock (unlike the perfection of the stock photo above). Note that it comes out of the box with a very thin plastic sheet over the touch pad and clock that needs to be peeled off before use. Otherwise it will wear through quickly and give the impression that the touch pad is of poor quality.

This microwave replaced a Magic Chef we had for a number of years. So far so good. We did purchase the extra warranty which hopefully we won't have to ever use.

It is Small ellegant, and has a sleek design. Great price, and is efficient!! Have had it for a month or two now, and no problems. Not too powerful, and quiet. Just like I wanted. Only thing I would disagree on in the design, is the power cord goes straight out. I would like it if it faced down. That would look alot better in my opinion, and if the plug-in was behind the device, you could push it flush against the wall. Overall i love it though, great product. Thank you kindly

This microwave is quiet, heats well and fits the space on my counter. As others have mentioned, the time display is a bit "dim" and it is difficult to read the information display as there is not much contrast.

My new Magic Chef microwave is working just fine. I did some checking before purchasing and so far I made a good choice.

I like Magic Chef and had to replace my very old one. It works great, for my simple use of it. I wish the key pad selection was backlit so I could see what I'm doing, but that would probably bother most people. I don't like that you have to push the "time cook" button for anything except the presets of 1 minute, or 2 or 3 etc. The only part that is stainless is a small strip around the front and I wish that wasn't there as It just gets smudged (I'm not a fan of stainless appliances). All in all a nice little microwave.
