Even with all the kitchen lights on we are unable to see the numbers on the display panel. I'm going to try some illuminated number stickers to see if this helps. The microwave works fine otherwise but the dark panel is a huge bummer.

Box was torn and open a little upon delivery.

This was to replace my last five year old Magic Chef microwave, which is the same model. It works just fine, features are fine. My only complaint on this one Is the same thing that others have stated, in that the keypad print on the front display, which is so faint you can barely read it without shining bright lights on it. The keypad on my last microwave was not great, however, was functional. But this one is really not acceptable. If you have really bright lights in your kitchen, you might be OK with this. Also, the light inside the very dark oven is so dim that it’s hard to see inside. I really don’t understand why they made these changes for the worse because the first model was fine in this regard.Otherwise it’s great.

Perfect size for my space

This was the only microwave in the size that fit in the space. I had a previous similar model for 4 years and it worked fine until the door switch broke. It's a good example of a cheap part that could have lasted longer if a slightly higher quality would have been used. Now the whole machine is unusable and has to be discarded. Environmentally totally irresponsible! This newer model is noisier and the panel is more difficult to read. Other than that it works fine.

Online purchase was easy, fast, and brought it out to the vehicle and loaded it. Super efficient.

Bought this model about 2 years ago. Worked fine, used it several times every day. Recently it stopped working. I’m sure a handier person could have replaced a fuse or made some other simple repair and all would have been ok. But it only cost about $75 so I bought the exact same model again. I’m hoping this one lasts for more than 2 years

Works good. Fits the space I had available

Not on display so didn't realize how small the interior is: 12" x 10 1/2" and view window only 9.5" by 5". It is cute and petite and will serve its purpose. Seemed to heat up hotter than my last 900w but maybe because of the smaller interior. My last Black and Decker one started sparking not even 11 mos old. What happened to microwaves that used to last about 7-10 years?

Bought this microwave in Nov 2023, burnt smell comes every time i use it. Don't know if the wires are causing that smell. Tried calling home depot and there was no proper response. Can someone help me with this? Not sure if it is safe to use this appliance anymore.

Does an ok job for reheating. It smokes on the inside, however, every time I have used it. Not sure what is causing it. Started from day one. I just keep an eye on it. There’s no smell to the smoke but it comes out the side vent on the inside and fills up the whole inside.

Microwave works great and the perfect size for us no need for a monster Microwave anymore
