1) Button text is dim and hard to read. They are not lit up. How Magic Chef can make a product with hard-to-read buttons is beyond me. Not rocket science. 2) When it starts it emits a LOUD buzz, then the buzz diminishes a bit. But still too loud. 3) Makes 5 beeps when finished cooking. I wish there was a way to turn off these beeps.

I brought this microwave..I used it once to warm up my sandwich...and it hasn't worked since...waste of my money..

It is small to fit the space I had for it. Good quality and it heats pretty fast.

This microwave is a replacement of a larger Magic Chef that lasted 6 years. It is a smaller size than the previous microwave and is a better fit on our counter. I ordered the new microwave and had it delivered to my house. When I opened the box I saw that the microwave was damaged. I had to bring it to our local Home Depot to have it replaced. This is why the rating is not excellent. Time will tell about the quality of the product. It has been in use for 3 weeks.

Can't read numbers on outside, have to have kitchen light on, inside was gray to drak can't see if done. disappointed. We had a Magic Chef in 2015 and lasted till resently. Jan. 2024. Ours was chrome so bought another this one cheaply made.

Going to return it as microwave door won’t close unless you slam it even after many tries. Very frustrating

Microwave works great only thing I don't like is that the display is small and not lit up enough.

This microwave is exactly what I expect from a magic chef product. It is an excellent oven at a reasonable price. The size is perfect for my needs, fitting easily into the space I have. I like the performance and options built into the control pad. Easy to use and understand, with great performance, this microwave and turntable work great!

We purchased this to replace a GE microwave that quit working after 13 months. Warranty went for a year. We will see how long this one lasts. So far, so good.

Our built in microwave stopped working two days before Christmas and we needed one quickly and this one fit the bill! It is not noisy and we are able to use it for most of the things we used our built in for. We are not going to hurry to spend the money for a new built in because this one has taken over just fine!

Nice microwave to use till our breakers were replaced in our brand new home to be able to use our built in microwave. Will call was extremely slow getting our items to our car, 30 plus min wait. The two associates that bought it out did apologize.

Not a quality item. Remained “on” after the timer had finished (had to unplug) and smoked
