Great fan - my upstairs used to be at least 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Now the temps are the same.

So far it is working very well. The temperature in my attic has reduced drastically. It is no longer unbearable to go up there.

Perfect replacement for previous fan with a higher CFM, too Runs very quiet after initial run-in We had the replacement done by a roofer, but not required or needed, if you don't mind working on the roof.

Getting used to the attic fan. Will be able to tell how it works after one or two years.

I've definitely felt a decrease in the heat and humidity on my top floor.

Installed today installion was easy wiring was easy. Unfortunately the thermostat is defective it will only turn fan on when set to 70 degrees anything above the fan shuts off. Attic temperature during installation was 110 degrees. Called 800 number said system was down for updating. Waiting on resolution BTY home is in SC so it’s hot.

This fan is awesome. I installed it in an attached garage to exhaust heat and smoke and it pulls out all the smoke almost instantly.. The heat is now greatly reduced as well. This fan does everything i expected it to do. I do wish it came with an on/off switch also but that can be purchased separate as well as a variable speed dial. In the hotter weather and humid conditions it runs continuously but that's because of how I have the settings. It moves a lot of air and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Disease what is supposed to. Too soon to really rate the item hope it lasts as long as it is supposed to. Very quiet

This fan works just fine but it makes a low rumbling sound and I keep thinking there is a truck in my drive. This is the second one I have had and the first one was much quieter, I could hardly hear it running when I was in the house.
