Terrible lock. Very lock security. TSA locks are bad security. Master locks are bad security. Put them together and you have a disaster. Also you can 3d print TSA master keys. Bypass this lock. Or pick the TSA key slot in less than 10 seconds. I recommend a different brand at the very least or something with a TSA number 6 key. Because it's a dimple keyway and most people are not familiar with how to open those.

Lock does look small and weak in the photo. It is fairly strong for it's size. A determined person could cut with a reasonable pair of cutters if so inclined. Keeps an honest person out! I found the code to be easy to set and works well; 3-digit. The TSA feature allows for airport screening to occur without the need to cut the lock free. Not a reason for my purchase. The added value of the TSA feature I could have done without.

I couldn’t set my personal code. Then the whole interior lock bar came out and broke. Very disappointed

I could never figure out how to reset it so I never used it. the directions are in tiny print and hard to read. I regret the purchase .I just bought it for a trip but didnt use it for either leg because I was afraid I would need get it off. So no, it has not met my expectations at all. It doesn't matter if it's 'resettable' if there arent clear, legible instructions.

Lock is stuckes and could not be reset to any combination. I am planning to return it.

more difficult than necessary i even when to trust YouTube and found uploaded instructions yet the lock didn't work after following the direction to the T. Returned it the next day.

The lock worked great so far after one usage.
