[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a very hard machine to just turn on. sometimes I get lucky and it takes one push but yesterday it took seven tries. It drys the closthes nicely but very frustrating to turn on and off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with the push panel to turn on the dryer. It is very difficult and I really struggle with it. I would never have bought this if I had realized it had no buttons to turn on.

It's confusing at first, but even that doesn't take away from knowing the status of the load drying. Those little progress lights are great. And for the price paid, it has great features.

The repair man has been here 3 times and has to come back again, who knows when???? We went back to the store we bought it at and they were very arrogant with their answers with NO solution.

The touch button too pretty it up it's took sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered 2/11/24. Washed & dried 1 load & I couldn't get the dryer to work the 2nd time. Control panel wouldn't work. Had to call for repair & they finally got here 3/4/24. Repairman from EZ Appliances was very nice & gave me some instructions on the operation of the dryer. Everything is working fine now. Don't like the control panels on either the dryer or the washer. I know they won't last very many years. Don't like the slanted tops on either machine. I keep forgetting & things keep sliding off onto the floor. Machine does dry very well. Overall I'm satisfied.

As a fairly strong male I have to be here for all starts and it taxes my ability to push them. It makes it worse ,also, that I'm seldom here at the appropriate time for washing and drying.

Everything dries so by nice the first time. My other dryer left my clothes damp so I had to continue until they were dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dryer except for the starting feature. You have to hold the button until all the lights light up and then it starts. However, sometimes the lights are on and it doesn’t start and sometimes I have a hard time getting the lights to all light. I don’t know if it’s me or not. Personally I liked my old dryer (which was also a Maytag) and just had a button to push to start. Had I known this I wouldn’t have purchased it. Other features are good large drum. Is good, but seems the start feature could be a problem in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 15 min quick dry runs longer and too hot. Completely dried my clothes which I did not want. There is no way to pause or stop a cycle early.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy. The only adjustment I had to make was not to sit anything on the top since it slants down and items end up on the floor. Laundry room is small so had to make a few changes.
