What type of power cord do this electric dryer take
Thank you for your inquiry about our Maytag appliances. The power cord is not provided with model MED5030MW. Use a UL-listed power supply cord kit marked for use with clothes dryers. The kit should contain: � A UL-listed 30 A power supply cord, rated 120/240 V minimum. The cord should be type SRD or SRDTand be at least 4 ft (1.22 m) long. What type of lint trap is there? Isnt it unsafe to not take lint out after every load? I am used to doing that.

It is actually on top right of the surface of dryer. Not in the door or frame.
IS THE TOP OF THE DRYER LEVEL OR SLANTED DOWNWARD? Also, what is the warrantee on this product? I only see one year mentioned. What does that cover and what about the 10 year limited warentee which I see on your other dryers

The manufactures warranty on this model is ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE (PARTS AND LABOR INCLUDED): Maytag brand of Whirlpool Corporation or Whirlpool Canada, LP (hereafter “Maytag”) will pay for factory-specified replacement parts and labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this major appliance was purchased, or at its sole discretion, replace the product. In the event of product replacement, your appliance will be warranted for remaining term of the original unit’s warranty period.
