I just love the Milwaukee M18 products as the batteries charge up quickly and they are all interchangeable between tools. The quality of the tool out does all its competitors in my opinion. I use it almost every day in my workshop restoring Pinball games. The variable speed allows me to easily remove all the small screws and nuts that hold all the small parts to the playfield of the game. I plan to purchase other Milwaukee M18 tools in the future.

I read the reviews last year about the batteries not holding power for long. The majority of the ratings were positive though. I purchased several tools and batteries from Milwaukee. This drill is a great tool. The power, torque, and battery life has been excellent! I am very pleased and have realized the value of "You get what you pay for". Cheap tools are just that. These drills and more money and they hold up to a lot of demand in my business (Home Improvement). I recently built a rustic end table for my son. He loves it! The Milwaukee tools made it a breeze!

Set comes with 1/4 driver, two 18V lithium-ion batteries, and charger. Light and compact, with plenty of power. Fits into tight spots. Driver takes standard 1/4" bits. Two speeds, led lighted, batteries have charge indicators, charge quickly and have good lasting power. Batteries fit most 18V Milwaukee tools. Drives 3" screws easily, drives lags easily also. Very nice case. Well constructed and looks and feels quality made.

Milwaukee is always the best! I’ve had the same impact for 7 years and it still works.. usually. Wanted to get the new one before I needed it and it’s a beaut!

I thought I didn't need one until I borrowed a friends once, then went out and bought my own. Variable trigger pull, perfect for for my wood working hobby and home use.

Definitely one of the best items I've purchased. This tool is a friggin workhorse. Battery hasn't slowed down in three days and counting.

This is my second driver, the first one lasted from 2017 until recently. in 2019 it survived a 20 foot drop from a high lift to the concrete floor with no lasting ill effects. these drivers are impressive for their durability, ease of use and power to perform. Im an industrial electrician, have been for nearly 30 years. I will not have any other portable tool!

Quality tool at a decent price. Plenty of power and torque to get the job done. Pretty small profile too. I was able to use it in a pretty tight location. Worked like a charm.

I had owned a Milwaukee M 18 drill with charger and extra battery for a number of years. (Strong recommendation from a sales person and on promotion at the time.) It had been an excellent purchase so when I needed to add an impact driver for a project, this was the obvious choice. This too has been completely satisfactory. I can’t compare this to its competitors but it certainly does everything I need very well. And even the battery from years ago gives long use before needing a charge

Use it for putting in large wood screws, has way more power than all the other impacts I’ve used, only issue I’ve had is the speed switch occasionally moves it self to half way but apart from that it’s never let me down

Both batteries were defective. I had to go to my local store where they exchanged them for me. I like the tool but was expecting it to work the first time out of the box and it didn't.

I am cabinet maker ( Commercial High End ) in high volume custome shop. Use this impact on daily basis with heavy usage. My second one will use nothing else. Absolutely the best and perfect size! Great tool!

Milwaukee tools are the best!

I use this impact driver for installing 3" deck screws and it is a beast. I've used other impacts in my Constrution business and Milwaukee 2657-20 is the best.

The drill is great. No problems. I love the power of the impact. I like the clip so I can clip it on my tool belt. I like how it sounds when it tightens a screw.

Great tool. Does exactly what it is supposed to do, well. Fast charging battery.

I was very impressed with this product. The thought put into what the end user needed was apparent. Things like the light not turning off after you release the trigger showed extra thought and consideration for what features are actually needed by the user. I love the 2 speed control. Fast speed for driving 3 inch deck screws is great. However the lower speed setting is crucial for more detailed work such as installing shelving hardware or installing furniture hardware.

I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone. It worked 3 times, and after just over a month, it died. I tried to return to the store and they refused to take it back. I called milwaukee but didnt get through to anyone in customer service. I called HD corporate and got no help. $100 down the drain. I couldnt be more unhappy. All it was used for was taking wood screws out of a deck i was disassembling. Not exactly tough work. The batteries do seem strong, but i think the motor on this one is shot... Barely spins even with new battery.

Very easy to use, Milwaukee brand is tough and strong, and have an excellent service.
