This was a very nice purchase at the price. It is used in a Maintenance environment and is very durable.

With the available two speeds this impact driver has made it easier to not strip out holes be it metal or wood. It is light and has power to spare.

Great tool, great price, bad quality control as one of the included batteries would not take a charge. Local Home Depot replaced the bad battery and exchanged one works fine.

Got this on the Home Depot daily special. Great price. The driver is compact but powerful for its size. Just too bad it can take only bits with hexagonal ends.

I purchased this impact driver because I have a M18 drill/driver already with other M18 batteries. This impact has great speed and power. It is very small and light which makes it awesome to use in tight places or overhead. It has an ample LED light which comes on when you press the trigger. It's much easier to drive long screws in locations where you may not be able to put lots of force behind the driver. This kit comes with the M18-M12 combo charger and a standard, heavy-duty plastic case. I purchased the Milwaukee impact driver bit set and it's a great combo! A few specific points: 1. Inserting a bit into the empty 'quick-chuck' requires pulling the outer ring away from the driver while inserting the bit. You cannot simply insert a bit and have it lock in. This is a little inconvenient and makes it difficult to do with one hand. 2. The 2-speed functionality of the driver essentially limits the RPM of the motor. It is not like a standard 2-speed drill which changes gear ratios and allows the motor to spin at full RPM in both speeds. In this design, 1st speed allows you to pull the trigger all the way, but limits the effective 'trigger squeeze' to 50% or 75%. It does the job though. 3. This kit comes with the smallest 'compact' batteries and they are what you expect. Very lightweight, relatively powerful, and with limited charge-life. Though they definitely last longer than they take to charge, even with constant use, so it's really not an issue. I prefer the small lightweight batteries because the drill is very balanced. 4. There is no on-board bit storage, but Milwaukee sells bit holders which use one 6-32 screw into the side near the battery (PN 43-72-0550). I have the belt hook on one side, and the bit holder on the other. I highly recommend purchasing a bit holder. 5. The unit is a little loud. If using in small confined spaces near your head, you may want to use ear protection. Even in normal sized rooms, you cannot hold a conversation while using the impact.

This tool makes short work of task to remove body parts from any vehicle. Power and speed to match. I've been looking for this solution for a long time.

Hard shell carrying case with two batteries. Nice job. Trying to find an assortment of impact bits but not a huge problem. Gotta be a sale sometime.

Bought to give as Xmas present for my son because the one I bought for myself last spring is now my new favorite power tool after using it to rebuild my deck. Has lots of torque so it's good for doing for other jobs besides driving screws. Batteries charge fast so never had problem waiting for fresh battery.

best tool for around the house jobs. like the way it works on lag screws drives them in with no problem. all so like the battery charge indicator to let you know how much charge it has.

It is powerful for its size. The two speed motor really comes in handy for different jobs. The motor is very quiet. It is slightly heavier and the hand grip is just a bit bigger then Devault and Makita in the same class. It is a great buy for its value.

With lots of torque and battery life this is one of the better impact drivers I have used. I am very happy with it.

We use these everyday and they are awesome. They are long lasting and heavy duty.

I was surprised to be able to get a Milwaukie impact driver for less than $100! Yes, it is 18v and some of the other guys are at 20v, but I really have not noticed much of a difference between the 18 and 20's. It is lithium so you get almost 100% power until it just dies unlike the NiCad that lose power at the battery dies. This is being given as a gift to someone who, when buying for themselves, typically buys much less expensive tools and complains when they fail within a few months. I have personally had other Milwaukie tools and they have held up well under residential / light commercial use. .
