Powerful drill, good balance and feel in hand. Works well in all applications from wood, to metal, to concrete. Only complaint is the dial on the chuck that controls the drill/hammer drill will slip out of hammer while using, it does not click into place like some other drills

The Milwaukee M18 18V 1/2 in. Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill is sturdy and well-built. It has plenty of power it my first go to choice for just about any drilling job that I have.

This drill is sturdy!!! Has a nice feel to it and always gives you the same power no matter what you battery is on.

Works great, seems to have ample power for all types of drilling too.

This tool is amazing and handles every problem we have I haven’t seen a job too tough

This brushless hammer drill was a great purchase. It is a powerful tool. But yet it not overly heavy. Easy to use. It has not overheated, after a day of constant use on a remodel job. I do prefer the brushless tools that Milwaukee offers. A must have for carpentry or remodel jobs. Milwaukee had never disappointed me.

I like the m18 1/2 -Brushless Hammer drill has a lot of torque,for drilling through heavy metals and cement .and find it light and comfortable grip .

Good tool. To bad it doesn't have life time warranty like rigid.

The Milwaukee hammer drill is an excellent tool. My work has 3 of them so I just had to buy one for myself.

The torque selector is pretty fluid between the numbers, but putting into drill and hammer drill mode is terrible. It was always tight and after a few uses it now is just is 'locked out'. And when trying to get back to the lower end it releases randomly and jams you fingers into the trigger housing.

As expected - powerful, lightweight and balanced, and battery lasted throughout the job. Don't use my corded drill any longer - this is my go to drill!

I have used this to drill through 1/4" steel plate and drive several 9" lag bolts. Plenty of power and speed. I would like to see a version with rotary feature non-SDS.

I bought the 7 piece set about 6 months ago and the hammer drill clutch is slipping very easily even in drill mode.

Not bad! A lot of driving power for a smaller drill. Still feeling it out but so good so far and the M-18 batteries are a definite plus for all the power tools... Night and day over the old Ni-Cads!
