A: I use a hammer drill. These bits work wonderfully in that capacity.
A: Any kind of drill will work, but a hammer drill will be the easiest for drilling concrete/masonry.

A: It comes in a plastic box that you could use as a storage box. Be aware that the box is a bit difficult to open until you figure it out. It is a sliding box with locking tabs on the side.
A: i just received my order and as noted in the description for 48-20-9057 and shown in the photos, it comes with single-sided hard case designed for use in PACKOUT. Maybe the ones who got the other plastic case are based of older version.
