I bought this for a bathroom fan install. Installed easily over existing siding, though the vent door is not as vertical as I'd like due to where the opening landed on my siding pattern. Strong winds can pull it open from time to time, but not a big issue. Opens and closes properly with an 80cfm bath fan.

Very adaptable to use as a replacement vent. Large mounting covers opening of existing vent hole.

Worked well but used 4 SS screws to hold in position on the wall. Also would like to see a more secure fastening for the 4" aluminum vent tubing as the seam needs to stay at the top. I found that when attaching the flex tubing to the end the solid 4" Al tubing would move out of position.

This was easy to install and functions as advertised. 

This wall vent made venting my dryer easy and the exterior vent worked out perfectly with my vinyl siding on my house.

I didn’t require the the full length of the sheet metal, so I used aviation snips to cut it down to size (4 inches). Aside from that one small modification, the install only took a few minutes and the dryer has been running great since.

The vents worked very well for our project!

The cover itself is really good and helps in great airflow. The double flap cover with little magnet keeps the draft (and hopefully) pests out. But the supplied duct piece is a joke. It is very flimsy and kept on coming off (attached it per directions) . I had attached the cover and all and slight movement of duct inside can make this come off the cover. So what is the point? I have seen other vent covers where the dust is already attached when shipped. But here they tried to first save on shipping by sending the duct unattached, with very thin guage aluminium and which does not attach firmly to cover. Such a waste of good idea and my money :(

Good quality hard plastic and solid build! This is probably better for a standard vent on the exterior, as mine is via a crawlspace vent, but it still did the trick. I replaced the old, broken vent cover with this one, and it now shuts properly when not being used.

Construction is well built with the exception of plastic parts. But these won't rust, worried about UV damage over time. They embedded little weak magnets into the face to hold the outer door down. The second inner door is a nice precaution that allows for full air flow pointed downward. The outer door can hide the fasteners you use to fix the item in place.

The vent is exactly what I wanted.

Nice low profile design. Built in j channel gives this a very clean look on my new construction home. Very pleased with this purchase.

Vent works well when connected to bath exhaust fan rated 50cfm. The 4" tube connection to the vent seems a bit less secure than I would like but in the end stayed connected while installing and attaching to flex duct.

Very happy with this vent. It comes with everything you would need to install it for most all applications. It does a excellent job in keeping out bugs and drafts from the windy conditions on our farm. Just the right size magnet to secure the lid closed when not in use. This is the second one I’ve added to the house. Very pleased with the quality and construction.

It was an easy install once I removed the old vent and did some minor trimming to the opening

I really like the outside portion of this vent. The double outside vent flaps work as advertised. Installation was fairly straight forward. The video available on the No Pest Vent website is helpful with the installation. The weakest part of this product is the cheesy vent tube. It comes as a flat metal sheet that you roll up and fasten. It is very flimsy. It does attach to the inside of the exterior flap but will disconnect easily. This makes it rather finicky to work with but once installed seems adequate. I'm using the vent for a portable Honeywell air conditioner. It's working well for my purpose.
