Better water since the soft water installation. Baths and showers are much better than the hard water on our skin

We are now water snobs! We use to purchase bottles and jugs of purified water and would bring water everywhere we went, for travel, work or on vacation. We now refill our jugs with our own water, thanks to our new water system!

Quiet system that dies amazing work. Really makes a difference in the water quality!

Very expensive over the course of the contract hope it works the whole time saw some reviews after i already signed up for everything wasn’t impressed with the reviews so hopefully it does what im paying for

Set up was a little confusing had to put my phone on airplane mode to finish the install, but after that it was great lets me know when to add salt

Just a few weeks in and very pleased with this conditioner. Water feels softer and an elimination of calcium deposits on sinks, toilets, coffee maker and dishwasher. Have noticed we use less soap but feel cleaner and skin isn’t as dry.

Drastically better water in our house, especially love the difference in our drinking water tastes.

EC5 QRSR is not performing as presented and no one returns calls.

It is working very well so far. We are looking forward to having softer water.
