Wrong vent for marey water heater

2 inch not six inch. They count the parts that overlap as length…. This is actually a 2 inch extension

All the pipes are 4 inches shorter than listed… horrible marketing

this along with 3 other pieces made exhaust installation magic to use the existing water heater hole already cut into the roof. I had to search by product rather than random terms to get the other two(know your angle) note use real Rheem vent pieces they are the only way to do it

Rheem has to have the best exhaust system there is. fits together like a puzzle ...important know your measurements and angels plot it on paper so you get what you need the first time.

This item was suggested when I bought a tankless water heater per Home Depot’s website. The vents did not fit the water heater. Now I have a vent kit that I can’t return because I modified the wall plate. Frustrating

Had no choice but to purchase this item. The length fit my needs but not satisfied that this was the only item of its kind being sold for my new Rheem Tankless install. Seems Rheem has a monoploy on the accessories needed to complete the install of their product. I feel competition produces quality product. Not that this item isn't of quality, but due to it's simplicity of structure, it could easily be manufactured by other sheetmetal companies. There was no comp product to be found. Oh well, the important part is, finally, I have my tankless water heater. And it's all I expected.
