Product was excellent!

Everything worked out fine. I also ordered an additional installation kit including not only another 24" flue but a roof "jack" and "hat" for the flue, plus misc. parts. All of this made for a very smooth and trouble-=free installation

No issues product was as described.

Product was exactly as expected and easy to install. Shipping was HORRIBLE! Called to see when we could receive part as we had been out of hot water for the better part of a week. Customer service rep read the website to me rather than offering any additional information. Was promised to be delivered on a Saturday. Spoke to rep who reprimanded me and told me that i was mistaken. Wasn't delivered until Monday. Extra money paid to plumber/electrician who was ready to do the install on Saturday and did the actual install on Monday after being without hot water for over a week. Customer service experience was exceedingly frustrating!

Excellent fit and snug. Love the double wall pipe Concentric pipe because I only have to run 1 pipe and not two with conventional appliances.

What they call a 6 inch extension actually extended vent less than 4 inches. Made it work though

Good quality product and fit the water heater perfect. Needed two other vent lengths to complete the installation through the roof.

It is required to go with rheem tanklesshot water , but you don’t know you need lot when you buy the heater. Should be marketed together
