Water heater was factory flawed and had to return it to store. Rheem support was very helpful, when we returned it to the store, the only other 10 gallon water heater was also returned (taped up box) so we bought a 20 gal. It is working flawlessly!

Lot of money for a tank still second from the bottom in cost. Not a fan of the side feed and discharge when dealing with a 6 gallon . Takes up to much space.
