I just bought this product yesterday and I was sooo excited that I had to go home and install right away. The directions were a bit intimidating, so I was a little nervous but it was extremely easy to install. The directions make it seem more difficult than it actually is. It is very easy to add/delete/change codes, and the buttons work well. I have been having issues with people harassing me and I feel much safer now knowing my door is always locked but anyone I choose can enter at any time. It’s so nice that I can delete someone’s code, if I don’t want them to have access anymore, without having to worry about changing others and telling everyone the new code. Love this keyless entry door knob! Great product, highly recommended!

Super easy to install, even for a senior! Works great as expected.

This keypad / door handle matched our existing door hardware in our office. Installed easily and since we rekey our office doors often this entry system saves us money in the long run.

I chose this door lock because it has a flex lock function. I can easily set the lock to either lock automatically, or remain unlocked for easy access. It is easy to install (clear instructions provided), and simple to operate. We have been using it for over a week now, with no problems.

Awesome product. I literally installed it in about 5 minutes. Super easy and keeps the little kids where they shouldnt be. Turning the door handle orientation is also a breeze.

Needed to increase security at residence, I chose this product for it's aesthetics, design, function, EASE of Installation, and BRAND NAME... It is ALMOST a direct copy of the lockset it replaces with ALL Of The INCREASED Security Options. We Love it. Would Highly Recommend It.

I property manage a unit with 4 apartments in it and the front door was tough to close and stay shut. The tenants said it was not a big deal because the area is very nice and they didn't really want to carry another key. This installed fairly easy in a historic door and with the ability for 19 codes it is no problem for everyone to have their own code including the owner an myself..I did read about battery issues but for the 3 months we have had it no issues yet. If batteries go bad I definitely will put lithium battery in. I LOVE IT, and my tenants love it. Would definitely recommend and Home depo is the best for service of anyone I have ever dealt with.

i am one of the least handy people in the world. im not sure what inspired me to attempt to install this on my own (other than the combination of my husband being distracted with his own project, and the fact that i have no ability to defer gratification (ive wanted one of these for months now :))), but i took it on, and had it up-and-running in ~15 minutes (including uninstalling the current knob)! so if youre on the fence, or thinking its too much trouble, or that youll need to schedule someone to come over to do this for you -- trust me, if i can do this with such ease, almost anyone can! its got everything -- form (lovely shape + finish), function (works like a charm thus far, im so thrilled i can relax about being locked out), simplicity (both installation and programming of codes), and its reasonably-priced. so far, so good. i will update if we encounter any issues! enjoy!

I have two of these. One on an exterior door of my house. Although the manufacturer does not approve for exterior use, it has been reliable outside under the eave. One time during a rain spell it didn't operate correctly. After a few drier days it came back to life.Changed the battery once. Never been locked out. Some slight fading. Probably just needs to be cleaned. Setup was easy. So was installation. New lock looks and works just like the old one. I turned off the auto-lock cause I'm in and out multiple times. So I would definitely spring for that feature.

The lock was great. It’s easy to install and last a good while this is the fourth one that I’ve owned. It’s a little bit pricey now, but would buy it again.

Bought to replace identical item which failed. Llove the keyless entry & sturdy lock! Used with complete satisfaction for four yrs. Original 9 volt battery was dated to 2024, so when the lock failed to open this week, I didn't get excited, despite the fact that we weren't able to get into the house thru that door, having misplaced the key, which is the over-ride device when battery fails. Replacement of battery failed to make the lock operational. Instead, a new battery got real hot and failed to work, which means a fault in the circuit. Rather than try to trace the fault down thru some small gauge wires, I replaced the lock. So it cost me ~$145 for four years of keyless entry. I'm not happy about the lock failing, but I will try one more of them. The wires that have to be fitted into the case are easy to squash somewhere in tightening the assembly up, which ought to be fixed with some kind of sturdier fixed cable. Would look for a different keyless entry item next time. $145 for four operational years is too much... it ought to work longer and battery ought to be easier to change with those fiddly wires.

As of two weeks from install, working well. This item does not have a deadbolt feature but I was able to keep my old one. Love that I can have three codes. Chose Schlage as a known, good quality company.

It's a lock. It works. Why I'm forced to state the obvious I don't get.

This was a replacement for a Schlage of the same type. Worked well for years than was not performing. The flex lock stopped working and when putting in the codes they only worked half the time. Changed the battery and still no luck. It's a great unit and very easy to install, Hope this one lasts longer...

Easy to install. Easy to program. Only came with one key.... Wish it was a set with the deadbolt. Now I have to purchase the deadbolt separately just so it matches....

No longer works....and it was hardly used. Tried various fixes but seems dead.

We love our new locks! We gave individual codes to each member of the family. We don't have to worry about getting locked out!

I am pleased with our new Schlage keypad latch. It was easy to install and is easy to use. Since it has only been in for less than a month, it is early to fully evaluate its durability and reliability, but it meets my expectations so far. It was ordered online and was a fast, easy pick up.
