Easy to install. Clean and I bought two more. Highly recommend.

Easy to install but we still can't figure out how to program the key code.

Great device for someone who has arthritis

After reading instructions several times as well as a YouTube video on same product… the lock did not work. Also, this type of lock that sticks out, should never be used with a screen door. I locked storm door then as I was outside I realized screen door did not close. I pushed on screen door to close it, and the handle interlocked behind the keyless entry lock, because the lock sticks out too long. No way to enter home without pulling screen door handle until it passed over keyless entry lock. $400 later to have screen door handle replaced. It’s going back to the store for refund. It should inform customers that this can happen due to the oversized entry lock. And, the product didn’t open with code. Service man tried it as well. It’s a no go!

I like the keypad entry. Much easier than using a key.

Directions were ok. Looks good and works well. Pretty easy to install.

Very easy to install and create new codes. Works well, looks good on door. 3 weeks after installation, so far so good.

Nice human torque powered digital lock. The computer that engages the lock via relay only needs a 9 volt battery that lasts ages. The locks that electrically lock the bolt require more power and tend to drain the multliple batteries regularly

Very Disappointed with this lock, plan on removing and returning to store for something better. Have to manually turn deadbolt after entering code. Buttons do not illuminate for dark entry. Have bought a lot cheaper locks that was far superior to this overpriced lock. Again, very disappointed with this product.

Nise color and Cathy appearance. Easy to use and change passwords with options to use key as well.Onlu came with one key and 2 keys would be recommended-for he and she.
