I am totally disappointed. This was the last bag out in garden section back in a corner. I brought it, got it home and opened it to find what looked to be some damp and some dry granules. I thought it would be ok but clogged in my spreader. I wasted time and money and because I used/ wasted half the bag I felt I couldn't return it.

Bought the wrong one but tried to use it. It was so clumped together it would not work with my spreader. It was difficult to break up. Not happy with this product. Not sure where it was stored but the product was all wet in the bag and stuck together. Will think twice before buying at Home Depot again for Scott's Turf Builder.

This fertilizer was wet inside (felt like wet sand) and unable to spread with the spreader. Had to spread it by hand which isn't effective at all.

I bought 1 bag and the entire bottom 1/4 of the bag was almost like paste. It appeared like maybe it was wet. I returned that portion and received a new bag, which I appreciated. The new bag was better but some of it was still in that form. Some the other bags I picked up felt worse than the replacement one I purchased. They may want to check those bags.

Delivery was delayed causing subsequent issue with application

Last year I applied it late and noticed more weed in the summer than I expected. This year The application was early and I am waiting till summer to see how much weed I will have on my lawn.
It is almost end of month April and my lawn looks good.

lumps!
I bought this product as I do every spring and this year the both bags contain lumps. These lumps are hard and you can not break them up so they can be used.
The lumps also seem to be covererd in a whitish film that makes them as hard as a rock. I had to purchase a 3rd bag so I could completely do my yard.

Bad product use instructions
Tried to find spreader settings on the bag. Not there. Went online to find spreader settings. It says go to product information page. Not there. Have to figure it out on my own
You’d think that they would make this information easily accessible.
