Customer Reviews for SharkBite 1/2 in. Push-to-Connect Brass Coupling Fitting

This has been in my basement exterior wall above the ceiling for two years now. No leaks or drips. I had to replace a valve for my sprinklers and rework the copper in the process. I couldn't solder without risking a fire or ripping out a 4'x4' section of wall and reframing it. It was nice of them to frame around the plumbing when they built it...not. This coupler saved me from having to redo the wall. It's overpriced IMO, but if you need it, you'll love it!

Heard about these. Found myself in a situation where I could try these fittings, so I did. Super easy and worked perfectly. Basically plug and play. These will always be my go to fittings moving forward.

They work great on pex but not on copper!

These seem to always work and the price was great on the contractor pack.

Shark bits work great, just a quick sanding to remove burrs, push onto pipe and it's ready to use.

Seems to work fine and was easy to install. Not sure how it will hold up in the long-term, I'll let you know in 25 years if it leaked or not
