It worked fine, but I took it back because it matched the faucet that I purchased, and the faucet was broken. Took them both back as part of the set.

Poorly designed
After 6 months the soap bottle fell off the dispenser creating a mess and rendering it unusable. Waste of money.

Needed a replacement as the original ended up cracking after 15 years. Easy to replace but wish you could only buy the pump without everything else.

using for kitchen sick dishsoap dispenser, replacing other brand that broke. This one is harder to push but better design/more sturdy than the other brand I had. I was unable to install myself due to reaching above and below my sink simumlaneously, needed a second person to help.

I appreaciate you having one in stock, actually in the store. What I didn't appreciate the cost, which was about $22. more expensive than any of the other offerings that would of worked just perfectly-but did not have the color I needed.

I pay more for Kohler products, because I expect superior quality over the competitors. I paid $45 for a replacement soap dispenser only to find that the arm with the hole that dispenses the soap is welded on crooked. Very disappointing!
