Game changer. Removed all anxiety from the task of getting the balusters straight. Took a while to get the rhythm down, but once I did, I was able to install 147 balusters in a couple of days. Looks great.

Perfect!!! This product is a life saver. This is a much better option then using an a poxy to secure ballusters in place. Based on the size of my staircase I had to cut both the top and bottom of my ballusters. This product still worked perfectly. On a few of them I installed the twist on both top & bottom. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This product was amazing and made the installation of hollow baluster very simple.
Instructions were good and video was very useful.
The only problem I faced is that I needed to cut the top of the balusters to fit the 29" span of my stairs.
After cutting the top part of baluster, the rubber plug on top wont easily accept the square tip and I had had to taper it.
If this product can be offered for a square tip top rubber plug it would make like much simpler for short span baluster installations

Hi Burhan, you actually did the right thing by fitting the cap on the top of the baluster. It is a tight fit, but that's how it's supposed to be done! We're glad that your project was a success!

Installed 115 metal balusters in my home. Very easy to install. We are by no means professionals, but we were able to install all with no problems. Make sure that you read the instructions several times and watch the video online before installing.
