I have not used it yet but I’m sure it will be very useful for a senior gal.

I was totally impressed with this tiller.It has plenty of power it took me a total of twelve minutes to till up two of my gardens what a brut they should call it the badger the way it digs. Totally easy to handle. I’m sixty two and have medical problems and if I can do it any body can so far love it

My Sun Joe 13.5 tiller works very well, better than I expected. It does everything that I wanted. Our soil is hard with clay, but now the garden is fine real fine. Thank you. Ted Hunter

It is a beast! Better than the Mantis I had used for years and no mess or worry about is the mixture still good!!!

Haven't really used it but am pleased with it. Good size for me to use. Have a very small place to need broken up.

Bought this tiller for a 10 x 20 garden plot. It's perfect. Performs very well. Actually exceeded my expectations.

This was a great product for the price. Handled the tilling of our lawn before replanting, and tilling of our garden boxes. It was a great easy alternative to buying a full roto-tiller new or used for our small job. And stores in a pretty small space after the handle is folded down.

Too small to dig the dirt up

As long as the ground is already broke up, it works great to pulverize the soil. Works good to keep grass down between rows.

We were about to rent a roto tiller for the $60 a day and I thought before I do that, I should see how much they cost. Well then I saw this one, and my hubby said, no don't get an electric one, and then I read the reviews and they were stellar, so I thought why not. Well we were so extremely surprised at how well it worked. It is powerful and easy to control and will save us a lot of labor. Cause who wants to dig out 500 sf of grass. Anyway, we were very impressed with it.

Light weight has plus & minuses. Sometimes more weight would help dig deeper, but easy to move when putting away. Plenty of power , cuts thru roots well, mixes soil very well, digs plenty deep with second pass.

I had low expectations for a $200 electric tiller. I was wrong. I tilled a 12x12 garden full of weeds in 15 minutes. It chewed through cedar roots and spit out rocks. It actually gouged rocks that were 3 inches. The blades didn't bend at all and it didn't slow down. Then I tilled a 20x10 patch of grass that I was going to re-sod. It took a little more effort but my Lil mule didn't slow down or overheat. I tilled for an hour and a half straight and she didn't stop once. 200 bucks well spent.

I bought mine in May 2020. I use it in a small vegetable garden. It takes me about an hour to till it. So, I used it in 2020, 2021 and 2022. I started to use it this year (2023). It worked for about 5 minutes and now it looks like the motor is burnt out. I read the manual when I bought it and it says for a 100 ft extension cord it should be 12 gauge so I also purchased a 12 gauge 100 ft extension cord so as not to stress the motor. Motor is still toast! So it basically lasted about 3 hours. In my view it is pretty much a disposable appliance. I wouldn't count on it lasting very long. I was satisfied with the way it operated but very, very disappointed in how long it lasted.

Love it! Decided to give this a chance, and just like the reviews it definitely gets the job done- roots and all! Highly recommend, easy to assemble, and operate.

Powerful little guy! I was pleasantly surprised tilling an area that had bunches of palm roots. A little hard to clean those that wrap around the blades, but worth the work.

I am a 63 year old woman who purchased this tiller to prep my yard for some flower gardens. VERY Easy to operate. Powerful with self-propelled ease of handling.

So far it has worked great. Handles could use a thicker tubing as the seem a bit week but overall worked good for me.

It just didn’t have as much power as I thought it would have.

I used the tiller in an area that I used to till with a mini gas tiller.The tiller has plenty of power but the tines kept getting bent from the rocks. I live in Arkansas and there are rocks every place. Although I was able to straighten them a few times they are now beyond repair. My main complaint is after tilling about 100 feet I have a none usable tiller because sunjoe does not have replacement tines. So it was a waste of money. I will now try to get my old tiller working again until parts become available.

This piece is lightweight , easy to operate and well worth the price.
