We bought this vinyl product for remodeling our home. We chose the Edward's Oak Vinyl for all the living spaces, and a laminate traffic master for the bedrooms. The laminate has held up great for just over 2 years. The vinyl was just over 1000 sq ft. We loved the looks, but 18 months after installation every room with it is cracking apart. We are working with the warranty dept hoping to get refunded. 🙏 There is no way we will ever consider traffic master vinyl flooring products in the future.

As a landlord, I’m slowly but surely replacing carpet in my rental homes with this. So much cleaner looking. Easier to take care of than carpet. But be ware, tenants can still destroy it.

This floor looked great for a few months. Less than two years in the joints are shearing and failing everywhere. The wear layer (one of the only things covered by the warranty) is fantastic, but the click lock system is absolutely atrocious and the edges are chipping away after less than two years of moderate use in my kitchen.

With the plastic or Tupperware click lockdown it is very unreliable when it comes to the edge of the planks join together and in the future the edges really tear up

I have similar flooring (don't remember the exact brand ) that has lasted 7 years & still looks great. This stuff installed OK, but immediately started to separate at about 20% of the seems. It's installed over 5/8 tongue & groove yellow pine with 1/4'' plywood under-lay. With the recommended number of screws. Big disappointment. Comparing it to scraps of my 7 year-old stuff, the substrate material is weaker. The substrate is thinner.

Super easy to install, we’ve installed floors in multiple different houses and used almost every brand imaginable but this brand has been THE WORST we’ve used so far. It was somewhat easy to install but after only 6 months their are some buckling, some chipping in the weirdest spots, etc. I thought maybe it was an issue with our foundation, had someone come out to look and turns out its just the cheap flooring. I also have seen others complain about having the EXACT SAME ISSUES with theirs.

Started separating and peeling less than 3 months after install and now less than three years later I need all new flooring this is purely horrible cr@9 material.

My contractor picked this brand of VPF while I selected color only. I would never had allowed this crap to be installed in my house had I known. I questioned the thickness but was assured by my contractor it would be fine. Well my whole house and lanai will need to be completely redone as within a few months it’s buckling, breaking and coming apart.

Do not buy this floor you will waste your time and money this is the first review i have ever made if i can save some one from this i did my job. Cracks peels falls apart

Easy to install and looked great

Installed it 2 years ago and within weeks it started peeling and chipping. I just had to go and buy all new flooring for my house.

6 months after install around 50% of the planks were buckling and breaking at the seams causing very sharp corners to stick out in the middle of the floor. We had to pay $1000 to have someone come fix only a small portion of the planks and they said “it is the most brittle and low quality planks they have ever worked with.” Recommend anything but trafficmaster.

Save your money and get a higher grade product. This is truly the worst flooring product I have used.

My warranty claim was denied based on install information that was not part of my original directions at the time of my install in 2020. Since then the recommendations have changed. I used HD recommended underlayment which now is one of the reasons for denial. Do not buy this product! It is complete trash. You will be out every penny and will end up replacing your floor! It looks nice for the first year if you don’t walk on it.

I realized quickly that the installation instructions were worthless. You have to put together a full length of flooring and snap it onto the previous length in one piece. Not easy to do but it works. The fun really came at the end when placing the last row near the wall I had to recut each piece multiple times because the cheap click-lock breaks easily, and disconnects with any slight movement. It looks ok but this was the most infuriating product I have ever installed and do not recommend.

Wish it locked better.

Looks beautiful not too dark or light. Perfect warm color makes the room look so much larger and brighter. Easy to clean, looks like wood. Love it!

I wish I would have seen the reviews of this product before I bought and installed this stuff. I even paused with concern seeing how thin the lip that snaps together was compared to other flooring I've used without issue. I should have listened. Within 6 months it started cracking at the seams... and now, not even 2 years in it needs fully torn out. Home Depot should be ashamed for selling this crap and sticking their customers with no warranty if not installed by them...

Don't waste your time and money on this product just give Home Depot the $5000 or whatever you plan on spending on this flooring and let them slap you around with it. Not worth it. It looks really nice for a few months but then starts cracking. Warranty is only valid if they install it. If I were you I would just go with tile. As my friend says, "spend once, cry once."

I installed this in our hall bath a year ago. I held off on writing a review to see how it held up and it still looks as good as it did when first installed. This bath gets a lot of use and this flooring is holding up great. I've read other reviews about chipping and cracking and from what I've seen in pictures, it's an installation issue. The trick to a flawless install is to start in the right upper corner and work to the left. The planks slide and drop right into place.

I made the mistake of purchasing Edwards Oak Vinyl Flooring without reading the reviews and I want to stop you from doing the same. It has been three months (September 2022) since I purchased and had them installed and they are already chipped and separating. Based on other reviews, they look terrible in a year. I was told by Home Depot to contact the manufacturer directly, however the manufacturer told me that Home Depot has to file the claim. Such a shame!

I purchased this flooring less than a year ago and it’s is cracking and falling apart in multiple places! Do not recommend! Also, trying to rind warranty information to file a claim is near impossible!

Bought this flooring in February, put it in late April. I had 3 boxes worth of tiles break while installation, it is VERY fragile. Over the last couple of months I have found multiple spots where the tiles have broken, the pictures attached are some of them. I have found another spot where it has now cracked the length of the tile.

I had these professionally installed a little over a year and it’s already loosening/breaking up. It’s definitely not tough enough for a home in use! I for sure thought this would last longer than a year! The thought of having to buy and pay for it to be installed again with something more durable is the reason I gave it one star. I should’ve just spend the money from the beginning for a better quality.

Installation is easy. Flooring is durable and looks great. I have installed this in several places and love it every time.

Terrible, worst vinyl flooring I ever used in my life. Told the owner to get different vinyl flooring or have someone else do the job. Did half a room and it took me more time than doing an entire floor. Customer refused to buy a different ftype of flooring meaning name brand, so I cut my losses. I charged the for the job I did and called it quits.

Love this color and sturdiness of flooring!!

I have this professionally installed. It came out wonderful l read a lot of reviews here about how horrible this product is. so far I am very satisfied we will see if it can stand the test of time.
