Floor is breaking and chipping apart after only 9 months of being installed. Traffic master is giving us the run around and basically we are out of $1,300 and need to buy new food.

There is nothing luxurious about this flooring. It is nothing but a pain in the butt! looked fabulous the first few months it was installed. Then the edges started chipping and spaces appeared between the planks. Spend your money on something else unless you want to pay to have your floors re-done less that 2 years after installing. The 30 year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on as no one seems to be able to file a claim. The manufacturer says Home Depot has to file it, but Home Depot won't give me a straight answer. The manufacturer should be ashamed to have their name on this product and if Home Depot had any integrity, they would remove it from their shelves!!!!! Don't offer a warranty that you won't guarantee.

I installed this flooring 18 months ago. It is *GARBAGE*. Assembly is a bit finicky, but I could overlook that if it lasted. Unfortunately, the interlock mechanism crumbles in high traffic areas. We have two "office" areas at home. In both areas, the edges splinter up where the chair rolls back and forth. (The wheels of the chairs are super-gentle "rollerblade" style wheels, so that isn't the problem). I followed prep/ install instructions to the "T". It's just poorly designed.

Easy to install flooring. The ability to score a plank and snap it off saved a lot of time without needing to make many cuts with the jigsaw.

We purchased and installed this flooring on the entire main floor of our house in June 2021. We ordered extra and were very choosy about which pieces were up to par to use, making sure they were flat and didn't have any cosmetic issues or chips in the pieces that connect. We noticed after a few weeks that finish started to flake off. Now here we are a year later getting ready to have to tear out all of it and install new. The finish is literally peeling off down the seams and is sharp. Where it isn't peeling it is breaking off and seams all over do not want to stay together. We weren't going to buy this floor but was talked into it by the woman working at Home Depot. Huge mistake. Now we are out a ton of money.

These are very easy to install.

4 months after being installed by a Home Depot contractor this floor is falling apart in several rooms. An inspector said we did not have pads on our furniture, but we do on almost every piece! That we used an office chair and should not have (?), and that the baseboard was too close. I called another major floor installer and they said "maybe" we would not want the baseboard touching the floor. The box and warranty does not say anything about these issues. No resolution as yet.

While this flooring was a bit tricky to click lock into place, it was doable. Definitely buy the block and rubber mallet. We used this in a guest bedroom to freshen it up, and we think it turned out great. I will definitely use this in another bedroom.

Product shrinks up to 3/4” gap in some places. Looks awful! Wouldn’t recommend product. Also cleaned floor very well. Floor came up in several areas.

I had an licensed floor contractor installed this product. After 10 months, the floor is a disaster. Homedepot customer service also have no clue how to help visit get warranty info and initiate claim.

Purchased and installed 2 years ago. It is now chipping, peeling, and bubbling ALL over the house. This stuff is absolute garbage and a waste of money. We wish we had listened to the bad reviews and are now fighting for our money back.

I had this professionally installed less than a year ago and it's bulging up and cracking all over the place. I can't believe that Home Depot would sell something of this defective quality and allow people to waste thousands of dollars on replacement not even a year later. What a nightmare, I have 3 stories of cracked and broken LVP in less than a years time from installation. This is the most expensive flooring I've ever purchased bc it requires replacement each year. HD shame on you for allowing this product in your store, we're supposed to be able to trust the HD, this is a real let down

Price is ridiculous jump on these if you're looking for best value and quality. Color is very nice as well

I read the reviews and was a little worried about many issues that others were experiencing. However, I just took my time and it all went very well with no chips or issues. I did have one of the planks slightly separate under the sink. However, I attribute this to me having some trouble getting the baseboard nailed into the sink base and little to do with the flooring. I loved the interactive program Home Depot has to see what the floor will look like in a picture of your room.

My husband and I installed this product with ease in Feb. 21, by September 2021 it was chipping at the seams and breaking. It took until Feb. 2022 to get partially reimbursed for the damaged pieces. I went to HD their 30day warranty was up, so then to the manufacturer warranty on this site who worked with me and got my local HD involved for credit. We will go back to our original concrete flooring idea, and I will still shop at Home Depot, it is just a bad product.

First time using it. Seems like a good product for what we used it for. Very easy to work with. Ill continue to use it on other jobs.

Had this flooring installed for about 4 months and the vinyl started peeling and chipping off at the seams. Do NOT buy this flooring I did 1800 sq ft and it’s failing everywhere.

Installed this flooring through my entire house. After about 6 months of use there are multiple seams that have broke loose and caused the vinyl to peel off the flooring. Stay away from this product!

We had such high hopes for this flooring. It went down easily and fast. . BUT... After about 6 months, it started to crack, peel, and come up. Does not like anywhere there is traffic. The click and lock edges broke under any pressure, and peeled.

Floor looks great. The wear layer is thin and peels- not ideal for a rental with careless tenants. Rigid core is fragile and chips. The floor is easy to install- use a scrap piece of floor as a knocker and make sure each piece snaps completely in.

Make sure the floors level , descent for the price but needed to find a gray wood puddy as it splits easily and the pieces de laminate and crack very easily but looks good to the naked eye

I cannot recommend this flooring over concrete. We purchased it to put in our below grade living room of our tri-level over concrete because it is waterproof and the price point was attractive. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased and installed this flooring because it's only been down a week and we are seeing about eight areas where edges have already popped up and the edge of the wear layer is breaking off leaving a narrow but visible crack. I used the string method to place floor leveler over the concrete to provide a level base. The concrete floor was brought into specifications outlined in the instructions of no more than a quarter inch in 6 inches.  If you purchase this flooring, be certain that your subfloor is at least or more level than this. This flooring would probably work better over a wood subfloor which is likely to be much more level naturally. The planks can be difficult to fit together but do not force them. Right now I just got my fingers crossed hoping things don't get worse. I've been able to fill the small cracks with a colored wax crayon so far.

This looks great. My husband said this was very easy to install. It’s easy to clean. It’s also important to me that it doesn’t have a slick feeling to it when you walk across it with socks on (we’ve had previous floors that felt dangerous and slick).
