Looks great and was super easy to install. Had a big rain the day after install and no water got into the garage.

I cannot say for sure if the product is going to work because we have not had a big enough snowfall for rainfall to test it. However, I am concerned because the glue that it came with with horrible! It did not come out clear nor did it come out evenly. No matter how I squeezed it, it would come out in a blop and then a thin line and then another blop and a thin line Etc. I had to manually spread things out which made it quite messy so sadly, I am not fully convinced this product is going to work and would not recommend it.

Seal performed extermly well for keeping water out of shop. I did have to build up silicone at each side of seal extending into roll up door frame

Used for garage door at the bottom of an decline. My driveway has a slight decline that allows water to push under my garage door. After adding this, there is a tight seal between my door and threshold. It looks great and was easy to install. I measured the length, drew pencil lines to mark where the edges would lay, notched cutouts on the end so it fit inside my door track, and glued it down. When installing, you may need to add extra black caulk to create a barrier at the end so that water doesn't seep around the door track. Other than that, there is a water tight seal.

A bit pricy but works perfect. Install was very easy. I have multiple garage doors and could use the same caulk gun with multiple tubes of liquid nails. Maybe I missed this option, but it would be nice to be able to purchase just the floor strip and not to have to buy the caulk gun and liquid nails. This would also lower the price.

I purchased this because I was getting water backing down the driveway into my old garage. This was easy to fit and the glue was easy to apply. I held it in place with the garage door down until the glue cured. It is good quality material and the instructions were easy. I applied it to my 9 foot garage doorway and it only took me about 15 minutes total.

Product lived up to its promise. Old seal was attached to bottom of door so I wasn't so sure about this approach. But it was a quality product and easy to install. And it makes more sense having the barrier attached to the floor rather than the door as hose or rain water is less likely to breach a seal on the floor. Of course, only time will tell how it will hold up, but for now I'm very pleased.

So far so good. The real test comes once our winter cold sets in and we can then assess how well this helps seal the garage. Our garage floor is the tiniest bit not horizontal, which kept one side of the garage door from touching the ground. Given the profile of the tsunami deal, I could put it in slightly askew and, voila, the garage is now as dark as a cavern.

It was intimidating at first but instructions were clear and easy. I've been wanting to do this for years. I would recommend this for all garage doors that may take in rain water. Thank you

My shop is on the lowest part of my property. Have 2 garage doors that had a lot of water getting in. Installed both of them & no more water! Would highly recommend & buy again for attached 2 car garage. Ordering was easy off the Home Depot app & shipping free right to my house

The kit works perfectly. I would suggest you use your own caulk gun. The one they send is trash.
