The Waddell 1-1/4 in. x 96 in. Hardwood Round Dowels were perfect and made excellent rods for heavy curtain systems. 8 foot rods were straight with no imperfections. Thanks.

The width or the poll was a bit to wide for the hole. It was measured and labeled slightly off so I needed to grind down my bits so the wood would fit tight in the hole. Please refund at least some of the cost. Thank you!

I would recommend ordering twice as many as you need, some will come crooked as hell. Return whatever you dont use to your local store for a refund.

Nice long straight pole, good wood, worked fine.

Three out of the four were not straight.

The dowel was very warped. I was unable to use for purpose purchased.

The dowels are straight and good quality, however 2 of the 5 I ordered had one of the ends with about 3” of end check (a split).

Once cut, sanded, and painted, it made an excellent training bo staff for my daughter for martial arts.

The dowel is to be used as a flag pole to display the newly formed Space Force Flag along with the other branches of the US Military Services. It was not perfectly straight as I had hoped, but straight enough to be used.

Product is not 1 1/4 inch all my holes I drilled with a 1 1/4 in bit we’re too big for dowel. I measured after the fact and they were 1.4 inch. Also they are poplar not hardwood.

Perfect length, it was a little fatter than I expected but that ended up working out quite nicely.

They were not sized correct. Not 1-1/4 as ordered. They were 1-3/16. Not good.

I used this as a curtain rod. It works great. The dowel is straight and the advertised length correct. As it turned out, I needed every inch to span the length I needed.

A very nice piece of wood, near perfectly concentric. Nice hardness.

Used it for a curtain rod as my window is bigger than wood rods sold. Love it
