I had the same water softener for almost 16 years, so I bought it again. You can't go wrong with it...

Easy to install, and so far it’s doing what it’s supposed to be doing

The hookups were 1 inch, so I had to purchase adapters for the hoses leading to my 3/4 in lines. other than that it was actually really easy to install. Seems to be doing a good job.

This was a replacement for a three year old Waterboss. It was very difficult to work with the warranty people on this as they requested alot of hoops to jump through to finally fix the issue. So I just bought a new one. I bought this same one because it is the only one that fits in my house.

I like the compact size of the unit. Installation straight-forward and simple. Only had unit for a couple of weeks and it cleared up the problems I was having with water quality. We’ll see how it works over time.

First one lasted 10 years before something went wrong with it. It is a workhorse, small and compact.

After being installed a couple months it stopped working. Residue in toilets very quickly after cleaning. Not worth it.

Box had been previosly opened ( and patched up poorly ). Missing were instruction booklet, warranry card, and drainage hose. Also the rim of the body had beed fractured. Tiy guyes sent me a bogus product that I reterned asap

We are a family of two and the 22,000 works perfectly for us. We like that it uses less water because we live in the desert and water conservation was a consideration.

the Company due to its warranty they sent me a replacement part that I had to install and it lasted 8 months and by this time my warranty ran out and I wasn't going to pay for the part that I had to replace that didn't even last year as far as I'm concern The unit is not a dependable unit for operation. I had an older unit that lasted 20 years and I should of stuck with it knowing it had done its job on softening the water, and as far as I'm concern it don't even deserve a one star!
