Had to change out the old check valve and some plastic piping, but the pump was easy to put in Ave and get working. I only have one irrigation zone and my old pump was 1 1/2 horsepower, this new one is 1 horsepower but I still has plenty of pressure. This new one does run about a minute and a half before the water sprays, but directions say anything under 5 minutes is good.

Very quite. Well is 30 foot deep and pump is working fine. Easy to add cord, simple 120/220 v switch.

This pump appears to be a fine value for the money. i replaced my existing 1/2 hp with this 1hp unit thinking I would get faster and better delivery, but did not achieve all the results I'd hoped for due I think to a fixed size inlet pipe from the well. This pump is quieter than the Sta Rite I had, whose bushings sounded to be failing, and the installation process was easy - no hassles with the pump, only some minor plumbing re-arrangements. I would recommend at this point. I did not give five stars simply because I will need to see if it is still working just as well next year.

So far the pump works great. I do notice it being a little hot after running an hour but I guess that is to be expected.

To change voltage from preset of 110. Requires the pump to be disassemble. Here is a novel idea preduce 220 volt and 110 giving the consumer the option.

It was fairly easy to install. Our power for it ended up being 240, instead of 110. Working well, it only took a little to prime and get it working

Great pump for a great price. Easy to install, although the instructions are not as clear.

The pump would just cycle on and off every second and would not turn off. they sent me a new pressure switch but it still does the same thing. Now trying to return the pump.Definitely would not recommend this pump.

I have used several of these pumps over the years. I have had very good luck with them and find they will last many years as long as you drain them before a freeze!!

I have not installed it yet, use it for lawn and garden irrigation, and the snow has just left the garden so it will be a while before I need it.

The unit came factory preset to 115VAC operation but would not run at this voltage. My guess is the starting capacitor is insufficient to get it running at the single phase supply.Once I wired it up for 230VAC (2-phase) operation and flipped the switch on the pump to 230V operation (very easy to do), it did just fine.Too bad that the way the system is provided it doesn't work, so don't plan on using it at 115V...Had I known, it could have saved me some headaches.

Nice pump, but the filler plug shouldn’t be above the power and pressure switch.

Easy to hook up and now we have wonderful water pressure in the house again!

Using with pump taking suction from above ground tank so it is basically gravity fed with no real load on the pump outside of the discharge side. Perfect, easy clean set up. Great pump for the job, working in unison with a bladder tank for constant discharge pressure.

How the heck am I supposed to plug it in? You conveniently left off the fact that the buyer needs to add in the cost to hire an electrician to add a power cord because you couldn't manage to add on that one little necessary item. I have yet to use my pump because there is no power cord.

The pump came well packaged with installation instructions.

Plug and play to replace the existing pump. Just hope this one last longer than the previous one of only 4 years.

The last Wayne pump we used lasted over 3 years. Purchased another one. So far so good. Easy to assemble and sturdy. We use the pump as a booster to get water up a steep incline to our home.

I hooked it up and all it did was turn on and off hooked old pump back up sending new one back not happy.

Water pressure is great compared to the 3/4 hp pump I just replaced. Run time is short, about12 seconds. The previous pump ran about a minute to reach psi.
